You're getting better Chris! Grat stuff
Thanks Adam and Chris! Very relevant to keeping everything real! Love your videos!
In general, and due to the speed with which the movements are executed, they tend to be confused with circular movements. good video thanks..👍👍👍
Some of those double bladed moves are similar to stuff I learned in rapier & dagger fencing.😊.
1:21 this is the defense against Jason's machete attacks in Friday The 13th movies that they should use in any upcoming movies! 💪😆
I was taught that it was from the Shaolin Temple and was carried by the monks was hundreds of years old the length was designed to fit in their boots that's why they are called knives/swords. 8 Chop the monks are forbidden to kill the wrist, elbows knees and ankles were the target to disable. When they were adapted by Wing Chun kept the name but developed many techniques mostly to kill . Only the front 1/2 of the blade is sharpened the bottom 1/2 for blocking
Plot twist: Chris is Wolverine
😂 I love you man :) But honestly, Chris and Sifu are creating a new kind of world through these efforts. One of love and honesty. I'm so thankful to have seen this channel; despite not affording the classes, I find value in everything they show here (I'm a small man with muscular underdevelopment) because it teaches me structural maximization. “ … invented during the revolution.” Which revolution?
Adam, Honest Opinion, which one do you think is better and more effective in a street fight Wing Chun VS Xing Yi ??????? I'm interested in learning one of the two, which do you think is best for a novice and is more dangerous in a fight????
He teaches both in his online immersion courses.
This is mostly a Vanity Video. It's OK, but not much honest instruction is being given.
A closed mind can't learn anything. There were multiple concepts presented in this video.
