The T-34 is a Soviet medium tank introduced in 1940. Its 76.2 mm tank gun was more powerful than its contemporaries while its 60 degree sloped armour provided good protection against anti-tank weapons.
The one and only thing I really do hate about Russian war movies is that they always overdub the German dialogue instead of subtitling it. Are Russians too lazy to read Cyrillic subtitles in their movies or do they enjoy listening to two voices talking at the same time?
You haven't seen Soviet films of the 40s-50s yet. The Germans there generally spoke pure Russian. What's not with the Russians, but with themselves. So this is a tradition from Soviet times. Like the Tigers and Panthers in 41 and 42. And as weapons of the Germans consisting only of MP-40, a couple of MG-34 and a couple of Walters. But mostly only MP-40.

everyone saying the film is not accurate and it is biased by Russia. in western films guns have unlimited magazine capacity and people die just after one shot. let's appreciate that this is one of the few tank films with great slow mo and overall great animations and doesn't glorify neither party.
both country’s action movies are just horrible, the fact the the fast and the furious is still coming out with movies says enough
You need a film director who is not biased, and does his deep research of what true tank combat looked like. The slow mo is only good thing about this film other then that completely biased.
People do die in one shot though, anywhere near center chest is a near instant death (barring any armor) and i think we know (other than that civil war vet and ww1 vet) that a head shot is game over 99% of the time

1. Why did the Panther commander decide to move forward? He had literally no reason.
2. Why was the view port of the driver open? The Panther should not have moved in the first place!

The shell animations are very good.
