Doing the Lord’s work 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I have quite an extensive nail collection and have been doing my own for about 2 years but I still watched the whole thing 😇
I never knew when I was supposed to use forward vs reverse with my nail drill! I’m so glad you specifically mentioned that forward is for the dominant hand and reverse is for the non-dominant. Great video, as always! 💕
You were the first video that popped up when I searched what supplies I needed because it really is overwhelming - I was going down acrylic, gel, efile, peel offs, powders, brushes, top coats, etc. extensive rabbit holes with brands and everything, and I was just adding stuff to my cart wondering “do I need all of this?” - I didn’t lol. I’ve done simple nails at home with those kits and press-ons you can buy in-stores for the last 15 years along with doing my own nail art here and there, but there is so much more out there now that is more accessible and my yearn to have more appealing nails has overtaken me to where I want something better on my time and on my dime. No shade towards nail techs - I’ve even considered going through the route of becoming licensed myself - it’s just hard to find a good one that is local in a very rural area while also being available when you need a set. ‘Round here, that’s nigh impossible. Figured it doesn’t hurt to learn how to do it myself and see what is actually needed. So, thanks for the rundown. (seriously a checklist is exactly what I was looking for)
omg I so appreciate this SO MUCH. as it is now 544am and I've been up all night trying to figure out what to buy, where to buy it from, watching tutorials, adding so much crap to my cart where I can't add more having to go back and look at certain stuff so i dont get super small. bottles .. this made it so much easier and makes my brain not hurt so bad now about ordering nail stuff. lol thank u so so super much. the checklist is a life saver and I feel confident in doing it now. I've put it off so long cause I didn't know what to order. Ive never really shopped with AliExpress and see. some good prices on there but then seen reviews about ppl that never received their products so thanks for putting this video out.. much❤from Alabama... going to watch your other videos now haha 😂❤
Hey!! This was a great video. I started my nails 3 years ago and this video would've been so helpful!!! Beginners will be very lucky to watch this!! Your nails came out sooo cute. Another great video!!! Happy Thanksgiving. Greatful to watch you!!
This video is excellent. I’ve been doing my nails for about 2.5 years but this is just so specific and clear, it helped me and i’m sure it will help whoever watches it. Thank you
I have been doing gel-x at home for 4 years and my collection is quite large but I watched until the end. I also agree a video like this would have been a coin saver for me! I do like to leave a little length to my natural nail so the gel I use to apply the tip does not touch the skin underneath which could potentially cause an allergic reaction if it makes contact with the skin over and over.
awww yayy, thank you!! 😊💜💗 And you know, I never thought about that! But I totally agree that that would help keep gel from getting on the tip of your finger
THANK YOU SO MUCH !!! I can express how thankful I am for this video I’ve been looking forward to start doing these gel nails by myself but never knew how and this full tutorial is gonna help me SOO MUCH so thank you so so so much ❤❤❤

I've been obsessed with your channel, this video just got me to start gelx (I usually grow mine out and use gel polish on top, but they break so easily)
YASSS, this is so helpful thank you so much! Even though i live in another country and it's not as easy to buy exactly what you do, it helps a lot! Thank you ❤

HIII i just wanted to say thank you so much i love this so much its so helpful and super slow and beginner friendly its not confusing and the designs are always super cool!:)
Hi Anne, been loving your videos , do you have detailed tutorial just like this one but for making my own press in nails ??? I’ve never done it and I wanna learn how to paint, eventually learn how to do an ombré, and then eventually learn to add glitter and gems and crystals .
bro there's so many steeepppssss I DON'T BLAME YOU! 😂 I'm so glad you could find this video useful!! I was worried y'all who already do your own nails wouldn't find this video helpful, so thank you!! 🥰😊🤗💜💗💜

Hey pretty lady!! ❤ I love that you did this video!! I have been meaning to ask you…How are you liking the Yokefellow drill? I regret buying a drill before doing any research on them because I really hate the one I have. It’s a Makartt, which is surprising, because I have so many of their products and I have always loved everything I have bought of theirs.. It’s portable, rechargeable, and a cute pink color but that’s about it with the positives. It’s really easy to accidentally hit the speed knob because of where it’s placed on the drill so I have done that many times. 😞 It isn’t really loud but it vibrates badly. The most annoying thing about it though is that it has no holder or anything to set it in so I am constantly knocking it over on my desk. I just hate it and it wasn’t really expensive but it wasn’t exactly cheap either so I hate that I feel like I have to replace it already. I just can’t get over the negatives though. Being left handed in a right hand world can be tricky, especially buying tools so I have to make sure any drill I choose has a reverse option on it. I just want to make sure I will be completely happy with another drill before I spend the money replacing this one you know? Also, love your rings by the way 😊 They are very pretty! 💕
Ayooo, hi!! 🥰🤗 I'm sorry to hear that you are having a bad experience with your e-file 😭 TBH, I don't know if the yokefellow would be better because I can't really compare it to anything but my old melody Susie one 😬 The specific one that I bought didn't come with a stand eitherrrrr, but sometimes I just hold it on my lap while I'm using it so I don't knock it off the desk haha. You can also buy a stand for it on temu or aliexpress. I don't have any complaints about the yokefellow e-file personally, but I'm also right handed 😭 I personally really love it and don't see myself needing anything different. Another good thing about it is that it is literally only 15 dollars and if you get it and don't like it I'm sure you could also return it 😊 I hope you find an e-file that works for you!! I'm sorry a I can't be of more help 😅💜

love the video! Very helpful! Question, I shake a lot, when I paint I find it hard to do things like French tips. do you have a hack for easy French tips?
