Hi Jeremy , love your content and find it very informative. I am director of sales at a solar solutions company , we recently met with a prospect for the first time last week and it ended up being a mammoth of a lead. What would you say would be the best way to handle the communications and relationship building leading onto the proposal.
My curiosity is whether Jeremy's technique works through the DMs. I can't tell you how many times I've seen the sale opening, but they kinda just hold their ground in the pain that I've uncovered. Should I just find the relevant pain Point so that they are answering based on that? Or do I let them "vent" and then choose an opening toward the end? Lemme know if the question is unclear.

#NEPQ Have had a hard time implementing this in the discovery visit. I sell pool remodel/renovations b2c(semi big ticket, signed agreements range from 9k-200k with the a median of 43k) My CSO gave me the honor of sitting in many of the calls with him throughout the program. Im a bit more analytical so I truly enjoyed the pdfs we read over. It programmed my mind to see all the red flags in the pipeline we had, which we are slowly updating lately. Im 24, I’ve made a litle over 92k to date this year, in which im paid by/only commission of jobs sold. Ofc, this is my first sales job, 16 months in, love everything about it in and I’ve decided on pursing it as my career. I would love some insight from the 7th Community, i have a very hard time with the emotion aspect of it. Im studying, re-writing, practicing every day to reach my goal of hitting 500k a year in 3 year, when I’m 27
Tf is that logo in the top corner? At first look it looks like it says closers and losers. I know that has nothing to do with the content but I noticed that in the first 5 seconds.

From a one of the top sales people in the world, my hats off to you sir, you have the full of S*** down but you def know how to work it except to the trained client who can smell the bs. At the end of the day people, relax, breath and just act and truly care about your potential client and they will smell the realism more than the bs.

@@DavidDouglasTothyou can just use his questions and logic as a framework. He is slowing things down to teach. Things are probably much more subtle during an actual sales interaction as he has had so much time to tailor everything to his own personality.
