Domonic Ramos it’s really not that hard if you have time and love to cook. I learned everything I know from cooking shows, books, a shitload of foodbloggers and youtube channels.

That's is very sad. You can easily learn how to cook anything on RUclips, you're just lazy. Getting an expensive car and a dream house is a lifetime commitment.
@@fatallyfresh3932 I would disagree. Cars depreciate the second you drive them off the lot, and not everyone requires fancy houses and cars to be happy. There are many ways to build wealth. Time however is limited, and not everyone wants to spend the time and effort to think, calculate, and cook great meals every day. This could be due to being a workaholic, busy lifestyle, disliking actually cooking, OR lazy. Who cares what someone's logic is. Im glad that we got to watch this. The chef went through special care to provide fresh healthy ingredients, and would count macros for her clients. But most importantly what you all should take from this is that the chef cooked all 5 days worth of food in 1 day, and stored it properly. What does this mean for you? It means you have plenty of opportunity to invest in yourself on the weekends by meal prepping for yourself! If you cant cook now, now is the best time to learn. Save 1 day out the week to meal prep for the rest of the week (usually a weekend since most are off on sat/sun). Obviously food made fresh is even more enjoyable, but prepped food reheated properly is delicious all the same! In fact flavors can deepen in food when left overnight, but just ensure you cook food that will keep well for a week. For example, 1) do not put dressings on a salad, 2) separate the cold food from the warm food (for reheating purposes), 3) add variety to your meals ( if you cook a lot of chicken for example, flavor it differently, pair it with different sides, add 1 day between meals with chicken like m/w/f), possibilities are endless, and I hope we all took from this video that we should "invest in our self" whenever we can.
It’s kinda odd to see how a lot of celebrities have diets that are curated specific for them, and they have people to help them with their scheduling, and to give them fashion tips, and book things for them, and deal with their social media and their reputation... and then with the way the world is everyone who isn’t famous is made to believe that they have to be like the celebs, and they can’t compete. Celebrities (I’m talking more about the rich to clarify) aren’t perfect, but they’re given everything they need to be as close to it as possible on silver plater because they have more money than others, all so that they can maintain their art form and/or work ethic. I feel like celebrities have so much money because everyone around them sees opportunities to earn money from them, the media industry is fed by consumers, and then those higher up in the food chain are fed by the celebrities talent, and to maintain that talent they do everything in their power to give these celebs the perfect image... it must be very overwhelming for the artist/actor/celeb.
Am I the only one feeling sorry for such amazing food to not get savoured right on spot? The tastiness definitely has gone down by the time she got to eat them.
“Hopefully one day I can afford that kind of investment In myself” is such a weird way to look at this. You are most probably never gonna be able to afford this. And neither are people watching this. But having a job that allows you to afford to buy the healthy groceries, gives you the time to think about the macros and portion and the energy to cook them is far attainable, and it’s not too much to ask for. But funnily many people, and most Americans, prefer hoping to be millionnaires rather than asking for reasonable things as basic rights like not having to work 60h/week, healthy work/life balance, healthcare, parental leave. Keep hoping to be millionaire, and blame yourself when that doesn’t happen.
