The first: front-side-back, is en dehors, the second: back-side-front, is en dedans. You can almost certainly assume that the first movement of anything ballet is done en dehors, followed by the reverse of the movement, which is en dedans. For example, you do rounds de jambe à Terre first en dehors (from the front to the back, and then en dedans, from the back to the front.
