One's got the mystical hammer Mjolnir and is able to defeat the Hulk, while the other has an incredible healing factor and can go toe to toe with Superman. Who'll come out on top - the God of Thunder or the Main Man himself? Well thats what we're here to find out!

Plus His durability is INSANE and his Healing FACTOR is EXTREMELY Fast. Lobo is so fast that Superman and The Flash have a Hard time tagging him. So Lobo is Superior to Thor in Speed. Lobo is Virtually immune to magic as well. He is immune to all heat and cold based attacks. So Thor can't Harm Lobo AT ALL! Lobo on the Other hand has weapons that have been Shown to harm Superman. Such as sharp weapons and weapons equivalent to NUCLEAR Bombs!
Anyways, Lobo beats Thor Easily because Thor can't touch or Harm Lobo and most certainly CANNOT Knock Lobo out.

Chizzy kings I agree, but unless it's a fight between B-list characters or the winner is so obvious he can't spin it, DanCo always gives Marvel characters the win. Especially Thor it would seem. In his Thor vs Superman video he claimed that "Thor matched strength with the Hulk, so him in Superman are pretty much even"... Fuck the fact that Superman has show feats of strength 100x higher than anything The Hulk has ever done. Comparing Thor to a planet buster as evidence that he's equal to a solar system busting Superman is pretty much the Marvel bias most have come to expect from DanCo. I love Marvel and DC, but anyone who claims Thor is just as strong and just as fast as Superman with literally all evidence available between both characters actually proves that to be utter bullshit, is just being ridiculous for the sake of handing Marvel another victory. I catch him doing that in almost all of his fights involving Marvel vs DC match ups. You know it's going to be handed to Thor the second he says things like, "Superman has been known to compress a black hole with his bare hands, lift the weight of an entire solar system, and put out stars with his freeze breath... but Thor can lift a planet so he's just as strong". As soon as I hear him throw out all logic, all math, and all common sense to spin that as somehow being an equal level of strength, I roll my eyes because I know he's about to hand Marvel a win they don't deserve.
Justin Jockisch dude superman greatest feats are Bench pressing the earth for 5 days, and lifting the book of infinity, the book of infinity isn't a good feat because we don't know it's weight limit because it's infinity many characters like Martian man hunter, hulk, silver surfer, all probably could perform that feat who knows, thor lifted the mid guard serpent which wrapped around the earth and crush it, and thor turned the world engine that was turning 9 planets, he's just as strong if not stronger than superman, he has faster than light reaction time, he's beaten every superman clone marvel has, gladiator, hyperion, thor can go as fast as he wants when he needs too, he can perceive and fight things going faster than the speed of light, three ways he can kill superman, multiple God blast this has killed immortals, superman couldn't even tank a nuke him and wonder woman was almost killed, and he got knocked out by the repercussion of the fake moon when he punched it he's definitely not tanking the God blast, next energy drain, mjolnir can drain your life energy until you die, next soul drain, mjolnir sucks your soul out your body and traps it inside itself then you die this is why thor is over powered

And no Thor can't beat Superman, Superman is invincible to anyone that's the way Superman works, he isn't meant to lose ever, in fact Superman already defeated Thor in the comics cross over even Hulk as well. I love this match up however I disagree with the end results. First things first this is Lobo we are talking about can't compare him to Hulk or Juggernaut Lobo's intellect far exceeds both of them. In addition he's a strategic and tactical genius a downright "no holds barred" animal.Lobo has beaten Superman senseless while intoxicated despite Superman's light speed. Thor is more prone to start the fight exchanging punches when he does it's all over there's no opportunity to teleport Lobo nowhere and the Odin force is out of the question won't do good anyways this fight will be a pound for pound all out bar brawl both characters thrive in bar fight type of melee style both have egos Lobo isn't called the main man for no reason. I'd rather Hercules....but Marvel only developed him with serious intent......during his stint with the Avengers...loved how he and Namor played off each other....I mean I like Thor but Supes beat him the only time they met(that I know of) been away from comics for years....still with that said got decades of comics under the belt......as in I missed the Sentry story line....another Supes inspired copy.

If this is about who puts down the other first, then
Thor wins and pretty easily so.
But, if this fight stretches longer enough as Lobo calls upon everything he's got, then
Thor will be manhandled and bullied to death and even mjolnir cannot help for long. You're talking as if Thor is the most intelligent superheroes in comics. He's the most stupidly brave hero, not known for strategy and tactics. He'll mess things up more quickly than even Lobo would. Of course Lobo's weapons won't kill Thor, but will definitely maim him enough for a resurrecting monster to kill.
Sending him to other dimension does not answer who'll win a fight. We're talking about a fight here, according to you the only ones who seem to beat Thor ( as of now) are Black Adam and Flash (which was actually pretty straight forward anyway), not even Sentry and Martian Manhunter could do that, that's hard to believe . Because as far as I know, Sentry is just ridiculously powerful and so is Martian Manhunter. Both have everything in them to beat Thor down, but somehow Thor gets away with them. Sentry battled against World breaker hulk to almost a standstill and Martian Manhunter had beaten Black Adam before. But still, neither of them can beat Thor (who is weaker compared to either World breaker hulk and Black Adam by considerable margins).
