For as silly as this movie can be, some of the acting is genuinely amazing. Seriously, the guy that plays Fatman does such a fantastic job with portraying "panicked to the point of almost but not quite being unable to think straight". The way he clearly tries to get the conversation and confrontation over with as fast as he can at the end, how he goes to being super meek when Leon reveals himself, all really good acting, especially for a tiny bit comedic part.

Yeah. That cinematic take when he comes from the shadows, and vanish in the shadows made the movie industry for 20 years to try replicate that cool factor.
Seeing it again after so many years, I never noticed how Leon corrects his grip of the knife at one point, and then how he looks at the phone after the call.
It is partially comical that both stare the hooker when She goes by... You can forget that part easily.

So many cool parts in this sequence, but what always stuck with me was at the end when Leon's boss tells him to make the fat guy understands and he simply asks him if he understands. He could've beaten him up or cut off a body part, but he simply asked if he understood. Leon is a lot of things, but he's not a sadist.

Luc Besson was a true genius creating all these classic masterpieces ; Nikita (first), Leon (he was the ''cleaner'' in Nikita and Luc decided that Leon should have his own movie), etc.

    He's named "Victor, le nettoyeur"
(" the cleaner " in french)
    His scene is legendary.
