Don't know what happened in the video Emma, I was watching it very slightly behind, it suddenly went off and then when I clicked back on it, I've only got the last 2 mins of the video! I got the jist of the tip tho!
You can also trace along the SA line. I do this when I’ve laminated pattern pieces, just lay interfacing/decovil light over top and trace. Would need to fold or print twice for foam etc though
