Great interviewer! Love his energy and what a great listener and conversationalist he is. He brings a lot of energy and his own personality into it and is not afraid to curse lol.
i watched this movie for the first time last night. had no idea what it was about. it floored me. i love how it explored codependency and wasn’t afraid to go into the depths of how people like me work. the representation for codependent people is unlike anything i have ever seen in a movie. fuck i love this movie so much. i can’t even describe how much i related to it. just. holy shit.
Being very familiar with the industry, he knows how to give a proper interview. He's a genuine guy as well, so I think he makes a concerted effort to give everyone their best opportunity to shine.
stellar movie. I really laughed like a dog the first time roy pops up. I felt all the emotions of this movie. 9/10 it gets in to my list of best rom-coms.
Andy Samberg is great we know it. But Cristin Milioti is the true tour de force. What a fucking electric performance by her. I was hugely impressed by her performance in USS Callister. But this performance just stamps her authority over great acting. Cristin Milioti you fucking rock! So is your swearing. I don't know why your on-screen swearing is just the best, sheer elation. Keep swearing in movies. And, at last JK Simmons, you are so damn good at what you do. This movie just triumphs.
Can't tell you how many times I've watched Palm Springs (it's a lot), but I love that film. And yes, Cristin was amazing - comic timing and drama. Looking forward to seeing more of her.
Wow I didn't know that real reason why Andy Samberg left SNL. When he gets interviewed on late night by his friends/colleagues they never get real like this. It seemed like he got a bit emotional talking about it. He probably would have burned out if he stayed on with the show.
@@racetracksgirl1899 The Hollywood Reporter Roundtable is an interview style. Basically a group of people (for example, the people nominated for the best actor oscar) will sit around a round table with an interviewer from The Hollywood Reporter and it’s kind of half-interview half-conversation.
7:51 u know that dramatic sigh Andy gives after talking about his time at SNL, makes me thnk of how meticulous famous people have to be all the fucking time??? like it must be truly exhausting
In the original script there is an explanation that Nana worked with displaced people and adopted Jerry who’s from Sudan. That scene didn’t make the final film but the use of Shukran was left in.
The scene where she wears the hook! I'm watching another interview and she said it wasn't entirely ad libbed, but he improved the way she performed something to get a reaction out of Andy
@@laartwork The fact that noone mentioned it makes me think that everyone was under orders to not mention GHD, so people don't compare them. I love both movies.
Seriously him and the other guys on snl were one of the greatest modern casts since legit early 90’s. Snl sucked so hard inbetween i hated everything in the times between except will ferrell’s one man show. Definitely blows again lol
I can't believe how well they were able to dodge what the movie is actually about
Yeah and don't watch the trailer that just recaps the entire film. Glad I went in blind.
And I absolutely love it
@@laartwork good to know I would’ve watched the trailer I’ll make sure to go in not knowing!
this movie was great.
It's nice that the interviewer talked to everyone and also knew what everyone is up to. That is not the norm, so I'm pleasently surprised :)
That's because the interviewer is a world known filmmaker. Kevin Smith probably lives and breathes movies/shows.
That dude made jay and silent bob strike back and the clerks franchise man
@@Kellermits Kevin Smith is amazing and so personable. also made his own brand of movies. interesting how some people don't know who he is
Kevin Smith, despite appearances, is a professional and im not surprised that he knew everything before he did the interview.
It is kind of surprising as much as he likes to talk, Kevin Smith is really good at interviewing and letting them talk too.
Great interviewer! Love his energy and what a great listener and conversationalist he is. He brings a lot of energy and his own personality into it and is not afraid to curse lol.
Well, he made the Jay And Silent Bob series so he’s known for his love of cursing..
Bro he's Kevin fucking Smith...

Kevin Smith is an incredible interviewer. I haven't watched many but I'm super impressed, and with how much attention he gives to everyone.

Are we allowed to say that Cristin Milioti has amazing eyes?
Kevin does the best interviews. His pure love for film & tv spills over and he asks the best questions.
Kevin Smith is such a good interviewer ⛷️
I was just about to type this same comment!
Have loved that dude since I was like eleven. So glad he gave up the milk!
Wow Kevin Smith is an excellent interviewer
"...if I read that on Netflix I'd watch that..."
*Hulu, they just sold it to Hulu.
One of my favourite interviews. Ever.
Cristin Milioti's episode of Modern Love was awesome also. It was the best of all the Modern Love episodes IMHO....Love her!
I was surprised that this movie was good. Good storyline, good comedy, good ending, good cast, well done Hulu.
This is my favorite film of the past 10 years or so. Andy did superb job and Cristin is beautiful and funny.
This will be a fun film, I love that they filmed it in Palm Springs
They didn’t

Maya Rudolph talks about it in a THR roundtable. She said it was like a 6 days a week 10 hours job
@@Skippan what is the roundtable?

sorry, i couldn't understand about what Andy is saying in this minute: it is about broklyn 99 or about SNL?
Yet, it's so easy to be famous...🙄
my favorite person interviews the cast from the best romcom of 2020
It's such a great movie. It's unlike any movie I've seen. Loved the ending.
Cristin Miloti is so cute 😍
I'm just here for Andy and only Andy 💟👍
Sandberg genuinely the type guy you would meet at Palm Springs
banuna1989 I mean peralta has been in coral palms, and he went too deep down there so yeah
I love this movie! Never get tired of watching it all over.
the interviewer is an absolute delight!
It looks like Kevin Smith is still wearing his coats from when he was heavier
I could watch Kevin Smith interview people all day!
Andy should be proud of Palm Springs
WHAT A GREAT INTERVIEW! Flawlessly flows!

KEVIN!! You ask the best questions man, thank you.
That Naked Gun joke was pure gold!!! It deserved a much bigger laugh.
Cristin is so cute... so adoroble....
Yooo my cousin’s husband Andrew wrote this movie!!
HurrenVisuals yoooo we don’t believe that nahhhh I’m just kidding
Are you rich too?
Really interesting movie, a ton of funny and serious moments, very well done
cristin milioti deserves more work dude she's so underrated
Shes fantastic in everything I've seen her in.
As I'm rewatching the reboot of Animaniacs, "Yes.... it is still on."
I can’t wait to see Palm Springs
When does it come out ?
Apparently Hulu bought it, so just waiting to hear when it will air
ive watched a lot of interviews this by far the best everyone else got to talk and not just sit there have a few question ask about each of the cast
I love how when he got to camila, chatting about crossovers and both of the shows that came up are now CANCELLED ffs
This movie is great
Kevin is so wonderful as an interviewer and conversationalist. He was really kind to Camilla despite the Riverdale mess she's in
Amazing film
i love this interviewer!!!
Imdb people if you are reading this could you please upload the full interview with the cast of 'Nine days'? Thanks! Ps love Andy Samberg
I’m wondering which scene they adlibed.
It’s crazy how many people don’t know that’s Kevin Smith, or even who he is
Clerks 💚
Which Adlib scene was Cristina talking about ??
Is there a trailer available anywhere??
I loved this movie
Just someone who watched the movie, why do they say Shukran in the movie?
THANK YOU!
apparently means "Thank You" in Arabic
@@rob_bg1668 Yes, but why ^^ ? Because of that at the beginning of the movie I thought the wedding was taking place in Morocco or something

I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE AD LIB SCENE IS
She like touched his backside, so I’m gonna guess it’s the tattoo scene.
Cristin Milioti is a true crime girl. I love her more already.
Kudos to the interviewer!!
Where can I watch this apart from on hulu???
Came out yesterday
Why can't i find a trailer?
Same
GobDropper it literally just debuted at Sundance, you won’t see a trailer for at least a couple of months
Same!!
Dont watch it!
@@idontevenhaveapla7224 i was talking about the trailer 😭. I loved the movie, but I enjoyed it even more by going 100% blind
What scene was Cristine Milioti's favourite scene that was all ad lib ?
The scene where she wears the hook! I'm watching another interview and she said it wasn't entirely ad libbed, but he improved the way she performed something to get a reaction out of Andy
Kevin Smith is such a great host!
Loved the movie !!
I wanna know what they ad-libed now 😂
I think Clerks should cross over with Galaxy Quest, I can’t believe that hasn’t happened yet! MAKEITNOW!
Where can I watch this
Andy kind of looking like Paul Rust in this.
algum brasileiro faça um vídeo traduzindo esse vídeo, pleaseee
eu IMPLOROOOOO
Cool cool cool cool cool cool...
I don't like it when he yells but man Kevin Smith is great at making them give a shit about their answers
Kevin forgot its a hulu movie😂
awesome movie
It's so good to see the weight Kevin Smith lost even though it was under bad circumstances.
Cami is so adorible omg
Kevin Smith dresses like Billie Eilish
No I would say "Billie Eilish dresses like Kevin Smith".
best movie ever
Are your parents rich? 😂😂😂
Cristin Milioti’s episode of Black Mirror is different than John Ham’s.
I wonder what Bill Murray thought of this movie?
I was surprised they didn't mention in the movie that it was essentially a 2020 Remix.

Hot rod made him lol
Brooklyn Nine-Nine is fantastic. I'm currently mid binge!
What show did Camila say she last binged? I can't understand what she said.
Explained by Vox on Netflix.
Smoart
What did Cristin say she was mid-binge thru, I completely missed that
Killer Inside: The Mind of Aaron Hernandez
I think Kevin Smith mixed up Cristin with Oona Chaplin. He asks if she acted with Hamm who was in White Christmas, not USS Callister.
I totally noticed that! I was waiting for someone to awkwardly bring it up on the interview but they didn’t. They moved on.
What in the actual ass? I just googled Oona Chaplin. They do look alike. I can see how he could confuse them. Crazy.
roy is still stuck in the loop :)
funny now that there will be a riverdale X sabrina crossover AND an Animaniacs reboot!
i‘m excited!!!
Looks like most of it was shot in the town of Joshua Tree.
Doesn’t look like it was filmed at all in ps
