I somehow didn't realize until know the theme of Yorick playing allies from the discard pile. Items, I can see him digging up. But people who were maybe wrongly buried? I think the other big strength with Yorick is not only recursion, but the free play action. Getting it back to hand would waste so many actions if he had to take play actions.
Definitely my favorite investigator. Love the 8-6 breakdown for a fighter and he has great defensive stats too. His only semi-weakness is his low intellect, but he has access to "Look what I found!" and you can use Old Keyring and just recur it. Plus his flavor can't be topped. Triple handed soloing with him, Minh, and Akachi on my blind play of Carcosa is my top Arkham experience.
So if I am reading it right, not that you really need to, but William is the only investigator that can get rid of his weakness using his signature card for the scenario? Because the victory display is basically removed from the game?
What I like about these videos is that Eric asks questions that as an experienced player you might overlook as being more obvious.

Willian is the best, love the game loop that he provides

Dude rocks with Red-Gloved Man
