    Regular push-ups are great for staying in shape and increasing strength, but if you want to learn the Planche, it's essential to focus on push-ups with scapula protraction, activating specific muscles: anterior deltoids, pectoralis major, triceps brachii, serratus anterior, rectus abdominis, obliques, glutes, and hamstrings. By strengthening these muscles and improving muscle connection, your body control will be significantly better. This means that when you start working on Planche progressions, your progress will be faster and more efficient.

      Same, but I first want to learn a handstand pushup cause it's easier and then start grinding for planche

    I know you're trying to be strict on form, but all I heard was "never do pushups" maybe take the negative reinforcement out of your vids so they don't make me feel like shit

      Just trying to make the point that a lot of people (myself included) don't respond well to negative reinforcement. The only thing actually being hurt here is your channel because you are limiting yourself to a very specific demographic. Just trying to be helpful bro
