I did the crow in yoga class and was always failing. I realised it was my fear of falling forward. As soon as I lost the fear of falling on my head I made it!
No, trust me, it really isn't a very hard move, you just need enough strength to balance yourself on the arms, but i would recommend being able to do some pushups before you try this , just to be safe 😅

e.g its gonna take a while to strengthen your arms/biceps to hold your body
