Great videos! Love how the cutscenes of property’s aren’t all sped up.

Fair review but Lumina should be on the list especially since it has Woodlands underneath it. The gym is also much larger than One Stuart with an indoor rock climbing area and fully furnished music room.

Lumina is a great building but it’s a lot older and sold out (resale only). These were just ones with new units available. Woodlands market is clutch over there, albeit $$$

I’ll be there for Business school at Haas but seeing these prices, I’ll definitely rent first. Coming from Atlanta, $3-5 million dollar for a condo!!!??? Those prices will get you a mansion on 1-3 acres, elevator, etc. In Atlanta. Shit!!!

Ha yeah that is at the very high end tho. Plenty of good condos available for well under $1.5 in those areas too. Good luck at Haas!

Talk about parking and crime in these areas, thanks.

Plenty of parking available for residents. And crime in cow hollow, Russian and nob hill north of pacific, and at YBI is not problematic. In SOMA different story.

You mean limited parking and ranging from ridiculously high crime, not safe in Soma, next to a free way, to limited parking, crime, poor services, insane people, to living isolated on Yerba Buena, with none of the convenience of the city at ridiculously high prices. San Francisco is a dystopian wasteland, that is the end result of the ultimate libtard policies. I sold my condo at a $150k loss just to get out of there with my life and self intact.

Yeah some places with a ton of amenities and not as much occupancy are charging that. Even for one bedrooms. It’s absurd.
