Normally I really hate it when RUclipsrs interrupt their videos out of the blue to mention their sponsors instead of just doing it at the beginning or end. I make an exception for Zefrank, because even though it's still stupid and annoying, the jokes he puts in them promotion makes up for it compared to other RUclipsrs
Love your videos!!!! It’s always a good day when a new ZeFrank video drops!!!!

I’m more astonished that the frog is apparently not HARMED by something that big popping out of its anus.
For scale, imagine if you managed to swallow a hamburger completely whole, and then it somehow passed through you, completely undigested. That is what Reggie just did to that frog!
This is the weird stuff you get into when you decide not to evolve into land animals.

Ever been just lying around relaxing, and suddenly someone comes up and starts sucking on you?
I got 'cleaned' by a remora once. I was scuba diving, and this particular dive was to see some sharks with a guide feeding them. We called it the 'everyone gets hit in the head with a shark' dive. Anyway, dive is fun, and when it ends we start ascending back to the surface. Well, with that many sharks around there were also remora as well, and while I was ascending I just sort of left my arms at my side letting my hands and fingers float around. Turns out lazily floating people fingers look a whole lot like parasitic worms, so one of the helpful remora swims up under me and tries to nom on one of them! It wasn't like being bit so much as running your finger along sand paper, but I jerked my hand away, the fish realized that was part of me and swam off, and now I'm sitting there with a bleeding finger...with about 40 sharks below me. I wouldn't say that I freaked out, but i would say that every claim about how far away a shark can smell blood instantly snapped into my head, and I clamped down on my finger hard enough that I couldn't feel it by the time I finished my ascent! Not once did I consider that the bunch of chopped up fish the guide had brought down and fed to the sharks would likely swamp out any sent from a tiny flesh wound on my hand. Nope, that didn't occur to me until I was out of the water, and my butthole had released its death-grip on my wetsuit!
I guess the moral of the story is that its good to remember what sort of things different sea creatures like to eat, and to do your best not to impersonate those things! Except for cleaner shrimp. They give the best manicures!
That's a great story. Thanks for sharing.
They did a Mythbusters episode about that once, turns out sharks don't give a rat's ass about human blood.
The remora going “oh that’s you??? My bad :(“ is amazing
You mean the remora-l of the story? :P

Moray eel fact: There was once a diver who lost a thumb trying to feed a moray eel sausages. It's because its second jaw was so powerful, it pulled the thumb right off. And the moray eel thought it was a sausage.
well did the fella at least get the sausage
@@chewedw1re Well the diver lost his thumb to the moray eel, so yeah, he got his sausage. LOL 😆.
I seen the video of this. It was wicked. Not that he lost his thumb. But how fast that moray eel bit off and ate that thumb. I also saw a video of that eel accosting divers trying to get food from them. He got so used to being fed by that one group of divers, that he thought ALL divers had food. He pretty much mauled this one lady to pieces. He bit her arms and her legs. It was gruesome. She was snorkeling and was wearing a small top and bikini bottoms. So no protection from a wetsuit. It took 3 other divers to get him to quit chasing her. And all anyone has to do was swim past his cave and he would be coming out and swimming all around the diver and if the diver didn't have food, then he was going to get attacked. I think the local authorities finally re-homed him. I think.

1990 my lil sister is turning the age is was that year (4 or 5?) and ALL she wanted were “kissing fish” for the tanklikr her nanny. Mom goes, buys 2, brings em home they go in the tank, little sis is SO excited because she has “2 fish that love each other”.
Next morning, wake up, the tank looks like a fish throw down took place. Two very obviously injured and exhausted kissing fish, pretty little shimmers in the water… oh those were scales from them attacking and nipping each other for approximately 10 hours. It was SO violent considering these are little tank fish. Turns out the dude in the pet store sold two males instead of one of each and apparently they REALLY two total Chads cause they literally almost killed each other and themselves all cause they both had peepees. My sister wouldn’t look at a fish tank for a year and was convinced they were trying to kill each other cause they missed they’re family” from the pet store, so for like 3/4 years she would tell her story to ANYONE even NEAR a fish tank as her own little public service announcement…
I've never known kissing gouramis to do that, even two males. Two male bettas will tear each other to pieces. Maybe the fish store clerk figured that one Anabantid is as good as any other.

Never heard of it, but just spent twenty minutes reading it and laughing all the way through. Good memories!
Wait, how do I find this?
@@CL-go2ji Get ye to the google!
@@CL-go2ji, Good question. I just dug through this channel and didn’t find it. I didn’t check “zefrankenfriends” yet, though.
@brunomaric9034, where can we find that article?
@@CL-go2ji I just did a google search on "Ze Frank tvtropes" and it came right up. Have fun! Lots of good quotes that you'll remember, very likely!

Ita offical guys, this fish is the pinnacle of -motorsports- evolution.
The current Formula 1 cars use ground effect (as explained low pressure between Car/Fish and Ground/Whale sucks the car/fish down - which in motorsports allows for very high cornering speeds and g forces without losing control/traction) and have those "Venturi-Tunnels" at the bottom that are named (kinda obviously :D) after the effect.
this episode is pretty perfect, Ze, I don't think it'll be easy to top this one in the future
phenomenal work as always
I have a new appreciation for having a semi-normal jaw setup
Thank god for Zefrank. Making hump day a more pleasurable experience.🤣
Hump day is infinitely more enjoyable if you actually hump.
..hump day?
@@Voxen712 Wednesday, midweek for the the weekday workers
I'd rather thank something real, time & chance
@@zero95lucky oh okay, thanks 👍
I’ve just binged watched all your vids. You are brilliant, funny and informative. Love it.
If they had played the videos on this channel when I was in high school, I would've been inspired to become a biologist. I'm certain that I would have been way more interested in science.
Between you, Jerry, and Creepy Dave, making the day better, I can't thank you enough.😚😚😚
That vulture reminds me: We need more Creepy Dave content! 😀
Love your humour, classical music and sound effects!
The footage at 7:34 was great!! That whale shark was covered in remoras, and the remoras were getting quite the ride on the tail fin.
At first I thought this video would be about fish that are just hated or weak in the animal kingdom. But then I thought that you’d make this based on a sucking joke and I was right 😂
Learn me some birds and fish stuff. How does this channel have so many things documentaries never tell you. The ones on mainstream tv are always just preoccupied with drama, survival, mating but it's done like a soap opera or wannabe game of thrones. They make up for it with beautiful landscape cinematography but I usually don't learn something new.
edit: this comment reads like the first part of a curiosity stream ad and if I wasn't already content overloaded I would definitely consider signing up.
Thank you! Drives me nuts. I've watched countless nature videos and they almost never delve into the minutia of anything. It's always either mating or eating and doesn't break down the mechanics of anything. The most fascinating parts are in the details. They're usually too interested in anthropomorphizing the animals. I don't care what it's perceived motivations are, and I don't care what name you've given to the youngest baby squirrel as we follow it around. Tell me about how it rotates it's rear legs so it can grip and run down trees.
Thank you for the many giggles and smiles you have given to me while watching your valuable documentaries. You're the best, Zefrank!
Amazing categories and amazing sound effects!
I love that this is about fish but then the video just talks about birds with makeup tips
Good point, now I gotta go back and see how that utterly seamless transition was accomplished. Ze is one sneaky SOB. He should work in beh-beh more often, though. I'm in withdrawal. And more Creepy Dave, I LOVE Creepy Dave's 'bestest and most favoritist' series. If Dave was an owl, I could have worked in 'it's a hoot', too...dammit.
That Slingjaw is a real life Alien Xenomorph and that second set of jaws is terrifying.
I learn so much from this and your voice really helps
You gotta make more of these man
I will NEVER get tired of the side commentary in this guy's videos.
Thumbs up if you paused at 4:25 to follow the route of the beetle through the frog guts like it was some kind of puzzle on a children's menu in a restaurant!! 👍👍 Yes, I had to do it twice. My crayon broke halfway through.🤣
All Reggie had to do was keep from getting turned around, he had the easy part...oh wait.
👍👍👍
Great video as always. Keep up the great work, much appreciated
Jerry should get his own video someday. He picks the animal, he writes the entire script.
I was getting ready to loudly second until I realized you didn’t mean a True Facts about Jerry video 😂😂
@@hannahrobbins1017 That would also be good
Your videos are a constant joy and I always learn something new! Thank you for everything. As much as I love the shorts (yo, Creepy Dave!) the longer content feeds my brain. And that doesn't suck at all!
The Science Hippies gave Reggie a camera. They won't tell you butt I've seen the footage.
Another quality animal education video! Thanks Frank and Gerry!
