Breaks due to mental probs cuzed due to covid, getting back to family(with hub bub environment rather than own place with friends to motivate) can be demotivating

Luck is hardwork meet opportunity. Offer is opportunity. Hardwork is preparing yourself in view of offers coming up.

There are folks in the bank on contract for 3 years as software engineer but no head count to convert to. Tbh, while I salute them for putting in the effort required, some of the younger generation I'll work with previously in back office roles, would probably have move on instead of hoping to be converted into perm staff.

as someone who is not from east asia....
i think that east asians have quite little tolerance for boasting.
Sorry my english isnt perfect hope i didnt sound offensive.
What I mean is in other cultures, talking about oneself to some extent isnt considered as toxic, as opposed to east asian, i mean kpop idols, they have to bow down to fans.
In my culture we derive humility by "God enabled me to reap this as a result of some work and those who helped to some extent" so if God wishes God can take it away,
as opposed to korean or east asian concept where apart from hard work, success is attributed to ppl.

It's important to be morally upright. Pritam singh of WP and lee hsien yang of PSP are pursued by the police for lying. Immoral! 🤣🤣
