Hey Saverio, Unrelated to the plugin but I was wondering if you'd ever do a Q/A or a video on the history of HoRNet? :) I just find it fascinating at the quality plugins you make and I'm interested to hear how you started! Grazie :-)
Nope sorry we haven't thought about that :) anyway it's just your usual story of a user (me, Saverio) jumped on the other side (the developer one) because I was not finding the tool I wanted on the market ad the time (talking about 2011 here) then I developed the first ChannelStrip but used only for myself. Then other friends asked for custom tools (like 3XOver and AutoGain) and I decided to start sell those tools too. Then things slowly built up bringing us where we are today :D
@@HoRNetWeb AMAZING plugins - took me a long time to install them - so many! - now tomorrow I will get to work with them - sleep is overrated! Is it Easter? to me it feels more like i'm a kid @ Christmas! Grazie!
I think for inexperienced users like me it would be an improvement when the meaning of the circled letters, like S, A, D, but also M and L would appear in the lower part of the screen when hoovering over them. That would maken it even more self-explanatory (I saw the White Sea Studio review 😉). Of course experienced users might be able to switch this off. Just a thought. Lovely plugin.
Hi nice job on your plugins I own a few of them. About this one... can we have a solo feature for a specific point? Also you could implement a global scale feature that would apply more or less gain to all points created by the user eq curve.
Sweet plugin. What a wonderful and transparent demo. Purchased. So if i put Clms before a plugin and after a plugin, i can compensate-achieve Equal loudness?
i wish u can make a 3 db 12 db and 30dB view its really helpful and a post and pre analyzer? it has it but its subtle make it more versatile please ;( i have and bought some plugins of urs! and its just nice
I love this company so much! I own several plugins from you all and all of them have been extremely useful. I have one question about this particular plugin. Does it have a listening mode where you can isolate and listen to only a certain range of frequencies? Lets say I have a problem frequency and I want to find it. Some eq's like Fab Filter Pro Q3 have a listening mode type of feature where you can isolate the area of frequencies that you want to listen to. So if I wanted to hear only 200-400hz, I could do that and easily hone in on the area where I think the problem lies. That is a very useful feature. I am not sure if this has that feature but if not, can this feature be added in a future update?
@@HoRNetWeb One more important feature I have to ask about. What about mid/side capabilities? Is that a thing for this plugin as well? If not, what is the likelihood of that being added on in the future? I still think that even without the features I asked for, it is still worth the money but those two key features.... 1. Listening mode where you can isolate and hear only a certain range of frequencies 2. Mid/Side capabilities That would make this plugin go from very nice to ABSOLUTELY VITAL. 👍👍👍
Is there a way to change the DB scaling? Many graphic eq plugins allow you to zoom in and out the DB scaling so that 3 or 6 DB is the bottom and top of the screen, letting you have more precision when making small boost/cuts. Here it appears 3 db and 6 db are relatively close to the center line. Is there a way to change that?
Please consider making AUV3 Audio Units for iPadOS there is a nice robust audio community for audio on iPadOS with large and small plugin companies porting their plugins to iPad. Fab filter, Eventide, DDMF, Audio Damage & many others! I would love to see hornet plugins come to the iPad. Please consider it!
i own it... though i would love a better interface, with more zones... i mean 10-100 and then the chaos up to 1000? same again up to 1k .... while colors etc are getting too much in the way... a cleaner interface would be a heaven for this plugin....
@@HoRNetWeb well... don't take me wrong, the EQ is really great when working with it and it's already in my main arsenal that i use in almost every track... and the price for it is really a steal... (i have bought it already) only things i would love love improved are just interface and could take some upgrade in workflow.. i would love on the interface ranges being seperated instead of 10-100 then to 1k up to 10k would be way easier to be like 10-20 20-50, 50-100 then 200, 300, 500, 1k , 3k, 5k, 6k, 10k, 15k, 20k ... these are most likely points of interest for boominess, boxiness , removing noises etc... very large sections aren't always working really so great... even by scrolling with the mouse the "Hz" box unfortunately isn't going so smooth... Not so many colors are needed, EQ imho should have a totally clean interface (even though i understand that these colors are somewhat a trademark of Hornet) but EQ's are like 80's of the work in a mix along with compression... so much color etc could be counter productive as the eyes getting tired imho in the long run.... mousewheel could also controlling the "Q" width.... this could work way faster than the scroll bar there. (scroll bar controller in the long run on a big session can be really counter productive as time is really a matter) Band Dots could be smaller... they take much space (specially when the Mid/Side badge comes in the way), in small monitors that someone hasn't so much space to resize it as much possible... can be in the way when trying to make "surgical" stuff... Q on notch filter could go narrower.. as said don't take me wrong.. i really your plugins, and in every chance i am buying them when i am able.. though for an EQ these are things i would love having them on every single EQ i use
@@HoRNetWeb no problem.. they're just ideas, notices and good features from other EQS i have worked so far through the years... even if something from all these could be implemented would be more than great for me :) tyvm :)

Hi! This is already in our feature request list 😁
This is a very good value but one thing I wish I could do is select threshold and attack release on dynamic band
That’s something we have been requested very often so we’ll probably add this in a future version

Luís Guimarães solo is coming in the next update, at the beginning of may 😄
I would love to have a kind of undo/redo on this plugin since it is so easy to delete a band. Otherwise, great
Thank you for the feature suggestion we’ll add it to the list 😄
Yeah this is a good idea!!!
Hi ! very nice and powerful EQ. Please could you show us how the "M.S." (Mid-Side) works Thank you. Good day ! 🙏🏾
Well it simply let you chose if the specific band is affecting the center part of the signal or just the stereo image

Saar Dean total eq already has clms built in if you click the eq. loud. Button 😁
