I'm brand new to the channel. As a newbie where would you suggest for me to start? A lot of stuff mentioned in your videos is like foreign language to me.
I think it would be interesting to hear your take on the history/practice of Mudras - I don't know what that would look like but I'm quite certain you would come up with something awesome.
I was wondering what your views would be about ketogenic diet. Taoism and other ancient wisdom traditions all have fasting of the body. Ketogenic diet is a sort of a fast and sets in likewise processes. There are different harvard psychiatrists researching this and others. They are finding some evidence for less anxiety depression and even less schizophrenia. So more wellness, clear mind seems so. I am working toward ketogenic diet myself. Not sure if I will stay on it, or go less far in the end , but I will experiment.
