    I'm working on these habits since 2020, especially on have a great food consumption and I know how hard is to keep focused, have a good sleep time it's another important one.
    Also, great video Owen, you're the best!

      Yes. Sleep is huge! I think eating is the hardest one for me to win at.

      I wish my dad taught me emotional control. He was "emotionally unavailable" so, as a female, I became emotionally unstable.
