    Hello :) 1question: I have ASUS motherboard & installed latest Armoury Crate UWP App (v5.8.9.0) and I see on the list that it has installed "Patriot Viper DRAM RGB (v1.0.9.8) & Patriot Viper M2 SSD RGB (1.1.0.3) even I read that those mods causes troubles with RGB (for example on my LED of Kingston Memory 2 x 32 GB Ram DDR5) - seems like no rgb support on Armoury Crate for current Kingston RAM (even it lists a module named "KingstonDram (version 1.1.33)". To show RGB lightings on Memory modules I must disable "Memory" from Armoury Crate LED and use default rainbow effect from Kingston Fury rgb software. How to uninstall unnecessary modules, like Patriot Viper and M2 SSDs (my 2 SSDs I have Win10 are installed on 2 Kingston SSDs)?

    hi there hope this finds you well
    i really like asus laptops in fact i own two of them but i am facing a problem with one them the problem is that the laptop only works when its plugged to the charger an turns off when i unplug it please help me

    I got another one for ASUS Support maybe you all can run a youtube video on. How do I fix a phone that was sold with an unlockable bootloader, but then that ended up being a bait and switch scam and the company that made the phone removed that major feature, the main reason I bought the phone, with no warning or reason?
    Got this Zenfone 9 that was sold to me with one feature but now no longer has that feature, so, bait and switch scam. Curious if you all had a solution for that.

      I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by your authorized service provider. My experience has been extremely disappointing and unfortunate, marked by a lack of professionalism, significant delays, inefficiency, and a notable lack of knowledge and experience from the staff.
      As a trusted customer relying on ASUS recommendations, I turned to your authorized service provider in hopes of resolving issues with my ASUS laptop. However, instead of receiving the expert support I expected, I encountered a series of problems and frustrations.
      During my first visit, I left detailed notes and instructions about the issues with my laptop. After two weeks of waiting, I received the laptop back, only to discover that the issues persisted and were not properly addressed. During my second visit, I provided detailed videos to help explain the issues more clearly. Despite this, after a month of waiting, the laptop still had the same unresolved issues.
      It is unacceptable for an authorized service provider not to conduct thorough testing to ensure that issues are resolved before returning the equipment to the customer. The lack of attention to detail and inability to effectively address the raised issues reflects a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and professional integrity.
      I earnestly request your intervention and assistance in resolving this matter promptly and satisfactorily. As a loyal ASUS customer, I trust that necessary steps will be taken to address these concerns and ensure a more positive customer service experience in the future.

      If you encounter any issues during the warranty period, they are typically resolved through replacement.
