I’ve taken 3 of Maribel’s classes over the years and have learned so much from her cooking style and instructions! I look forward to your next trip to the states-I will definitely host another class! 🍝💕
Great thing you came to Emilia Romagna, as in America there is an all too "South centric" view of cusine in Italy. I've seen a rise in tourism in Emilia Romagna, especially Americans. It's wonderful to see their reactions to food. It's as if they realise that they've been fed lies for years.
I see students from all over the world here in Bologna. Emilia Romagna has been featured in many magazines and TV shows abroad so finally its being visited. Regarding your 2nd point, I wouldn't call them "lies" , the Italians that emigrated to the United States were from Southern Italy so that is why most Americans believe that what they see there IS "Italian" food. and then they visit Italy and see for themselves that the Italian gastronomic culture is so MUCH MORE than tomato sauce. :)

Thank you so much Stefanie 🤗
Maribel's passion for food and Bologna is intoxicating. As a chef, myself, I am inspired to take her classes...
Thank you Claudia, I hope to cook with you someday soon!
Maribel is a wonderful teacher and going to the market to choose your ingredients is an amazing experience!
Thank you so much Dan for your comment. 🤗
We went to that market with you in 2016. One of our most favorite experiences of our 3 visits to Italy 🇮🇹 ❤️
Thank you Lisa! 🙏🥰
