BRAZILIAN CHEESE BREAD!! ( PAO DE QUEIJO ) Cheesy, Delicious and SO EASY, You’ll Make Them Everyday!

    Ingredients:
    1 Egg
    1/4 Cup Olive Oil
    2/3 Cup Milk
    1 1/2 Cups Tapioca Flour
    1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese, ( or any other cheese you want to try )
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees F.
    Either grease or use non-stick mini muffin pan. ( You can make larger cheese breads in standard muffin pan also.)
    Combine all the ingredients in a blender but the tapioca flour.
    Start whirling slowly to combine then slowly add tapioca flour.
    Whirl to combine. You can beat up the cheese as much as you want, it won’t change the taste or texture.
    Pour batter into muffin spaces filling to less than half.
    Bake approximately 20 mins. You’re looking for very slightly golden tops. Alter baking time for larger muffin tins accordingly.
    Cool for 2 mins before removing from pan, then turn onto rack.
    Serve immediately.
    IF you are restrained and don’t eat them all … just pop them into a ziplock and into a freezer. They freeze very well.
    To warm up, preheat oven to 350 Degrees F, put desired amount on cookie sheet and warm for approximately 5 mins!
