My favorite is always when a very destructive ultimate like Death Blossom or Rocket Barrage is used on just me when I'm ambushing a Reaper or a Pharah in room. In the Pharah's case it was particularly funny because she already had killed me with a regular rocket. Panic ults are the best.

Go into training mode and keep jumping around and throwing shurikens at the moving dummies on the right side. Do some wall climbing and throwing, double jumping and throwing etc, you will get better.
TF2 pro for a long time also low DPI(about 1200~ ish) and Low Sensitivity(4 in Overwatch) * wouldn't recommend if you're not used to it or if you don't have a big mouse pad*
