Welcome to WA Iron Ore - An induction to FIFO life at BHP

We’ve created this induction video to help our new starters navigate their first day on the job at a BHP FIFO site.
The video features two real BHP employees - Tarquinn and Liz and it is focused on what people can expect when they first get to their village, the video aims to reduce any anxiety a new starter and their families may have about travelling to a FIFO site.
BHP’s Western Australian Iron Ore operations have many different sites, varying in size and age. While not all our villages are the same, we are committed to the continued improvement in amenities, services and safety across all of them.
