great video! How do you force Google Shopping to do brand only? I also do this and add tons of exclusions for other KWs and I am curious if maybe you've found a better way
Hi Dary, Thanks for the content! I really like your videos-they’re easy to follow and implement. I have a couple of questions, though, as I found the intermediate-level campaign structure a bit confusing: In P-Max, do you mean one campaign per category? Are these product-only campaigns, or full P-Max campaigns with text, video, images, etc.? How do you prevent them from competing with each other? Thanks again!
Hi Daryl, great content as always . We spend £35k - £40k a month on Google ads - selling £50-£100 home decor products in UK. Which structure do you think we should be following !? Beginner, Intermediate or Pro segmentation ?
I’d say pro might fit you best with the caveat that the prospecting stuff on GDN and YT is higher risk/reward. Go after that prospecting GDN/YT stuff if/when you’ve maxed out everything else in the pro setup and are looking to invest trying higher risk/reward campaigns.
Thanks Daryl, much appreciated … I was also wondering why in the Intermediate level structure , it is advised to split PMax into campaigns relative to website CATEGORIES , but in Pro structure , it looks likes the category PMax structure is replaced with more of a performance structure , with the campaigns being Profitable , Costly etc … instead of separated into the website category type structure ? Apologies if it is obvious , I just wondered why the performance replaced the website category type of structure . Would it not be a better option to use rhe better sellers in the category structure ? And throw all rhe average to poor performers in a catch all with a high tROAS ? Appreciate any advice . Thank you 🙏
Hi Daryl! Nice video! When you talk about Categories in PMax do you mean resources with products? Or just products in the resource or asset (no images, titles or video)? Would you use a PMax campaign for each category of the e-commerce and resources into them for each the main subcategories of the category? Sorr I'm sorry if I'm not explaining myself quite right.
Hey Jose, sorry mate I don't fully understand you. When I talked about segmenting PMax campaigns into categories in the intermediate campaign setup, what I meant was like product categories on the website. For example if you sell mens clothing then some product categories might be: trousers (or pants if you are american); shirts; accessories; jackets.
Thanks @@DarylManderbigflare! yes, that I think I got it. What a was talking about is if your PMax assets contain only Merchant Feed or are built with titles, descriptions, video and images.. If you set them as standard shopping or using the whole spectrum of PMax

Great video, thanks for sharing!
What are the required average monthly ad spends for each campaign setup?

I wonder why should we run separate display network campaign when there is already targeting in audience signals for performance mass campaign?
Hi dary
Wanna ask you do you run P.max for accounts with no historical data..?
And what do you mean by brand search..? Can you give example
