It's Mariah she lipped that part,it sounds exactly like the studio version.if it was a radio frequency it would be much higher.Also in the rehearsal she made this sound while lip syncing and the you can hear how volume on"The waaaaaaahaaaay" is lower than the rest of the song.She still slayed....
