    Hi Ann, very true. But then again if you are really a valuable candidate and match the job specification then the employer wouldn't mind supporting you. I wa very lucky to get a job with my first interview in BC on a provisional license for the job l wanted due to the fact that the job matched my current working experience. Thanks for this infor.

      You’re right Brenda, and of course this is not absolute. Employers are still sourcing for internationally educated nurses through international recruitment and at individual levels. Thanks
