Some many things to say. I don’t really talk about the music but I liked the one during the punch across. It went well with this section👌🏾. Could you please do a short video explaining how to properly perform the first exercise? I don’t think that I was doing it correctly. Same with the squat twist with the right and left punches. Can we talk about the standing crunch with the band? The stability required to perform this exercise is hard and what about the core rotation 🥵? It’s time to stretch now. Great add-on to today’s workout. Thank you Vera 🙏🏾😊
So glad you enjoyed!! I’m going to try to think of some ways to explain it, but best way to explain the first one is you use your core to stay as stable as possible while performing the rotation - your core is resisting the rotation essentially.

This was an awesome way to work my core without bothering my lower back! I even added a couple moves - static sumo with side crunch and static lunge with front crunch. I feel great, thanks Vera!
Wow what an amazing idea of abs you bring and the best of it is that abs workout one of my best workout i love doing in my channel but when we talk about abs we talk about eaten healthy because if not eaten healthy it will be hard for you to get the abs you are looking for so let lean to eat well mostly what we cook 👩🍳 with that you will know what you are eating 🍽
