What kind of warm-ups and after stretches do you do? I do best when I'm following everything in a video instead of constantly look at stuff I've saved on my phone or trying to remember certain moves.
Warmups are linked in every single video - it was linked in the intro & is in the caption. If I have to film a warmup with each video, that adds 1-1.5 hours to every workout - I wouldn’t be able to upload 5x per week.

I'm all for trying to push myself, but leg raise exercises are always hard for me.
Everyone is different, and this is meant to be a challenging abs workout. You can always substitute with bent leg raises as you build up the strength.
