If Cory doesn't win the title before retirement I'll never watch this sport ever again mark my words

He deserves it 100%

For real
That’s why he’s the Sandman. Badass, doesn’t care. He’ll tell you his game plan & talk about his fighting IQ. Only other person that does this is Pereira
@@thomasbrobozki7156adesayna did that for years too ngl
The amount of high quality content this guy puts out for free is amazing.
Enjoying the new set up, let's add another belt champ.

I root for you Cory!
Love from Kazakhstan❤
This was great, it gave me extra little notes and knowledge on another footwork drill I do which gets a bit confusing.
Love these types of videos. Thank you & Much Love.
Absolutely gold. Thanks for sharing 🙏🏼
youre a legend man, youve made my striking 3x better since i started watching you
edit: what gloves are u using in this video?
he's got trevor whitmans onyx glives
Wittmans onyx gloves ultra expensive but worth it
Master of your class. Not satisfied with version 1. Perfected in ver 2. Fucking awesome guy, compared to the work ethic of many.
Reminds me of training Wing Chun cycle steps. I’m sure it’ll be the next significant art to influence the MMA game.
Wing chun? I doubt it
Wing chun does one thing very well and thats in between boxing and clinch range and its absolutely terrible everywhere else the time when you are there in that inbetween range is so little that the time you put into wing chun is essentially wasted you get so little out of the years of training that you could most likley get that same sticky hands sensitivity from very specific sparring which wing chun does very little of wing chun will most definitely not be the next bug thing they cant fight at range they cant grapple they can barely clinch and they most certainly cant box youre better off just doing muay thai with little gloves and experimenting with long guard sticky hands and leverage blocks
Problem: About to lose a number 1 contender's fight.
Solution: Switch stances and battle for outside foot position!
fight week time
Another good one brother
Great stuff
Plz knockout umar you weapon
