Hi there, first of all thank you for your comment. I have my thought about this new Tv based on the previous top of the range from Sony the Sony a95k. And until today did someone had the opportunity to test the Sony a95l? No they had the opportunity to be next to it and hear the same things that I shared here with you so yes has a user of the Sony A95K I believe I have something to say and in the end of the day we all have don’t you think? I respect your thoughts but this is not a full review this is my thoughts based on the specs and using the QD OLED to beat in 2023 the Sony A95K… at least I own the Sony A95K better than many reviews that they test the TV for a couple of days and they base there opinion on that and is not the same of owning it. Hope it make sense and once again thank you for your comment. By the way which Tv do you own?
@@MADpack I see your point, but generally think too many make predictions (and reviews) too soon. My TV? Still a Panasonic vt60 plasma. Probably will soon switch to an oled. Either latest 2023 Panasonic oled or a Sony QD-Oled. But afraid the generic, realistic quality from my plasma will be hard to copy. Especially skin tones is fantastic. But the upscaling and possibilities with aps etc will of course be on another level with a 2023 tv.
@@MADpack hehe, I believe you. But now we can read that THIS years top tvs; Sony A95l, LG G3, Samsung S95C - are dramatically better than last years models. Guess it will be a constant FOMO every year :-)
I’m going to be honest like I said on my video of the Sony a95l against the Sony a95k… yes the Sony a95l is superior but for a user like me have less relevancy if you put that the Sony a95k maybe will cê one 2100$ imagine against 3800$ of the Sony a95l and for that reason I don’t see that a difference is 1700 dollars that are worth it to invest for a a brighter image and for me that I really don’t play more features related to games
The comments about higher energy prices due to brightness is inaccurate. Sony have made this year’s panels more energy efficient & have managed to get more brightness out of them at minimal cost to the consumer.
Sorry but let’s just reformulate for you. Sony don’t make any panels that’s Samsung that provides the panels to Sony. Sony makes the panel more efficient in brightness not in cost related even if that was the case increasing 200% compared to the previous year when we talk about brightness doesn’t mean for sure a reduction on your energy bill. Hope that helps

@MADpack Just picked it up yesterday had to wait for almost a week for Bestbuy in USA to get them back in stock , they sell out super fast. I got it on sale for $ 2,599.99 regular price was $ 3,199.99.
Hi Marcus, I found a deal for the a95k for €2100 but also a deal for the a95l for €3000. Both 65 inches. Which one would you recommend? Because both are absolutely great TVs but the price difference isn’t that big anymore
If you do a lot of chromcasting and upscaling I would buy the a95l if you play a lot and is not a PlayStation 5 (because you have a menu where you can turn on VRR on the Sony a95k) no need to spend the extra but if this 2 things are essencial for you spend the extra

Hi MADpack. Great review - excited to watch a side by side comparison once you get your hands on an A95L. Do you think that you could comment on how fast the A95K TV's interface is? I have an older curved 4K Sony TV, but the one thing that I want to see in newer TVs is faster processing speed. I haven't seen reviews demonstrate or discuss this. What I mean is let's say you need to switch sources, is it quick to do so? Or if you need to browse through the TV settings to adjust picture settings (RGB colors), is that quick and easy? Does the TV take a while to show the picture after powering on? If you're flipping through channels (like if you watch cable or antenna channels), is it fast to go from one channel to the next or is there a noticeable delay? These days everyone wants things done at the blink of an eye so I even have a hard time waiting for my Amazon Firestick to load Netflix :P
This Tv is fast man better than my nvidia that’s why it retired the nvidia no worries about speed the Sony a95L I don’t think I will get it because this I paid with my money vc and no tv brand contacted me to review there products
65inch was the biggest i could go for in my flat and the TV Furniture i have - Not gaming in the living room, i have a pc with an LG C2 in 42" in my office room for that purpose ;) So i went with the A95K which i could get for 2300 USD in 65".... I don't think the upgrades on A95L would be worth to almost spend double the money based on my usage... Looking forward to it :-)
I’m new to OLED, and have the A95K, how many hours can you watch tv primarily sports movies/shows? .. I don’t watch TV all day .. but there’s times I want to lol .. i know with Oleds there’s fear of burn in.. what’s your take? Thanks
I saw a comparison video and the difference is incredible. Picture quality of A95L is just unbelievable. Also, I would never buy the first generation of anything which is why I waited for A95L. It truly is an incredible panel.
Definitely the sony a95l is incredible because it needs to be better than the sony a95k that was the best Tv on the market… the thing is when it will be out it will not cost less than 4000 for a 65 inch so imagine the sony a95k cost 2100 like the a90j was when I bought my sony a95k it will not justify the difference if your main objective is to see Tv… if you play games it will make the sense if money is not a problem
I am looking for a TV for my bright and big living room. Looking for 65 or 75 inch models. I loved how Sony picture looked like in store however worried about peak brightness. Sound alone on A95 K was nice! Just kinda skeptical on brightness upgrade promises but willing to see results soon. Like the idea of stealing a deal on reduced 95k later this year. And at 6 feet 5 inches from eyes to screen, 55 inch or 65? Think I’m in the gray area though! Thoughts?
Ahahah I don’t see the point on the a95l for you I would take it reduced price… ht a9 is a monster but not perfect(soon on the channel) I need to add the stand on the description I may do that today

Im a big fan of Sony since I have the Sony a95k colour accuracy is hard to beat, remember that you have a heatsink behind the Sony that makes your Tv last longer… sports if you need to see content online the upscale on the Sony is a killer and tv shows is simply amazing so yeah if you have the money Sony a95l
You can’t compare the maximum brightness of a Tv just by how much bright is one Tv to another… you need to calibrate both and with a good setting which one is the brighter?! I can say that after that the Sony a95k is superior no matter what you hear online
@@MADpack that's subjective The Sony has much less bright, obviously if you dim the Samsung, if you put the filmaker mode or something like that surely the Sony will have more bright, but the thing is watch both on standard mode, which delivers more bright...
I wouldn’t buy the new s95c is giving problems like the s95b só built construction is ridiculous and there after market support is horrible .. just check the comments on my video

Related to the Sony ht-a9 I don’t know if it works well with a Samsung Tv but have you seen the experience I had connecting a Samsung q990b to my Sony a95k? If it’s the same experience is not going to be nice

A 95 L is a Mini LED so far. The 95 L QD OLED comes later this year. The one that is out now is a MIni LED display. Basically you are comparing two completely different technologies here
The idea is is it worth it the money?! When the a95k is so good? Is it worth it?! And if yeah which advantage are compared to the Sony a95l… even eve the panel is different the quality delivered on the Sony a95k is amazing and is not because the a95l is out that suddenly the best Tv of last year becomes a Tv not to consider in 2023 that’s my comparison

Ahahah I don’t see the point on the a95l for you I would take it reduced price… ht a9 is a monster but not perfect(soon on the channel) I need to add the stand on the description I may do that today
Size for me when bigger the best is more inmersive
@@MADpack Thanks for your reply! Guess I’m leaning toward A95k at significant lower price and 65 inch (from 77 inches away) and risk burned out retina!
Ahahah good luck with your purchase bro
Have you got any thoughts on the mini leds this year like the QN95C?
To be honest no I don’t because I didn’t have the opportunity to test or even had try the previous year so for that reason I will not premonições myself on that :)
@@MADpack Ok no probs thanks anyway
@@sj460162 thank you for your support
Off axis is still terrible on qled
We sit right in front of the tv.
Not sure without having the sets in front of you this video is solid
Thank you so much for your comment and happy that you enjoy the video
A95L is better the a95k lacks cr clear image, basically makes non 4k content even better
a95L lg g3 or s95c... I'm not a gamer, I listen to sports and TV show ???
Im a big fan of Sony since I have the Sony a95k colour accuracy is hard to beat, remember that you have a heatsink behind the Sony that makes your Tv last longer… sports if you need to see content online the upscale on the Sony is a killer and tv shows is simply amazing so yeah if you have the money Sony a95l
I got the a95k for 1800 so I went for the one skate design as mine I have now is the Sony A1
Thank you for sharing your purchase on the Sony a95k
But the a95k is way darker than the Samsung s95b
Rtings compared the brightness of both televisions
You can’t compare the maximum brightness of a Tv just by how much bright is one Tv to another… you need to calibrate both and with a good setting which one is the brighter?! I can say that after that the Sony a95k is superior no matter what you hear online
@@MADpack that's subjective
The Sony has much less bright, obviously if you dim the Samsung, if you put the filmaker mode or something like that surely the Sony will have more bright, but the thing is watch both on standard mode, which delivers more bright...
I’d get the A95K but I need the 77” so A95L it is for me! 👍
If you need the size obviously the a95L will be the one for you
Should I buy the a95k or Samsung S95B
Have you saw my review of the Samsung s95b?
@@MADpack yes but was wondering as of current time cause people are saying it’s worth the buy again after the new update
I wouldn’t buy the new s95c is giving problems like the s95b só built construction is ridiculous and there after market support is horrible .. just check the comments on my video
@@MADpack what tv would you recommend at this moment for amazing movies and great gaming
Do you have more than one console that need 120hz?
Struggling to get a Latest Sony 85 inch 4k or Samsung 4k 85 Inch.
Also choosing which sound bar latest Samsung or Sony's Ht-A9
Also you have ur xmas tree up :D
Hi there first of all why are you struggling to get a 85 inch? Is it because you wanted a qd oled and until now is just available 77? Related to the Christmas tree yeah is up still normally we take down on the 8 off Feb (birthday off my wife but life is been crazy and not the time to make it).
About the sound bar I have done the review of the top of the range Samsung and I have ghee ht-a9. Would you like to see me reviewing the ht-a9?
@@MADpack sounds good am struggling with just what model. Is Dolby vision needed ? Lol
Will the Sony ht-a9 work well with Samsung ?
There’s just to much to choose from lol
But I think I will go with new Samsung but like the ht-a9 over the Samsung sound bars
I can say that Dolby vision is much better than hdr10+ on Samsung… Sony is been delivering almost every year best Tv of the year why looking to Samsung? Just a question…
Related to the Sony ht-a9 I don’t know if it works well with a Samsung Tv but have you seen the experience I had connecting a Samsung q990b to my Sony a95k? If it’s the same experience is not going to be nice
@@MADpack thanks for your help maybe I just go Sony then. But I hate the stands on the Sony lol
Thanks, very helpful video.
Happy to hear that you are looking to a new Tv?!
The sony a95l is just the same tv as the 95k but just available in bigger sizes.
If you do a lot of upscalles no and is the new panel from Samsung so no is also not same panel so not the same tv bigger
I’m looking forward to all the gaming features 🤩
Exactly like I said it depends on the needs and this Tv was really improved compared to the previous one (Sony a95k) focused on hammers like you. Which console do you use at the moment?!
@@MADpack I have the PS5 I’m a Sony Fanboy my self but the only thing that was missing on the A95K was the gaming feature for me personally which they’ve added. All the Bravia Core stuff with Dolby Atmos/Vision will definitely give me some chills✨😁
Do you have any surround sound system with you smart Tv?
@@MADpack I don’t have one yet but I’ve hear the Sony HT-A9 is pretty good
Would you like me to do a full review of my Sony HT-A9?
Eyh Marco, miss seeing your euc content! :)
Hi man how are you ??? Hope you are well yes I also miss a lot to make them but the reality is that I have no access to wheels anymore InMotion didn’t send me the v13 even when I offer to pay part of the wheel and eRides don’t buy wheels for testing purposes anymore and since I live in the uk I can’t get a wheel from myewheel like I use to before so has you can imagine that put me in a situation that I have nothing to show
@@MADpack ah I see, that sucks 😞 Even tho I agree that wheels are getting way too heavy it would have been good too see your perspective on the v13.
You still riding your V12 daily?
Yea my InMotion v12 continue to be my daily wheel but prefer the v12hs
It’s tough to make a comparison when you don’t have the A95L
So first of all thank you for you comment but let me explain because you missed the point this video came out when the tv came out nobody had one and I give my thought about this tv compared to mine and to what will happen to the price of my Sony a95k… this is not new on RUclips. A lot of videos of products that they are not even out where people talk about it I don’t see what is wrong about it
Excellent, views
Thank you so much for your support
The A95L is going to cost over $6500 (65 inch TV) where I live if the price follows last year's trend in my country. Inflation is in full effect.
I would buy the Sony a95k I have it and I do t see the point to buy the a95l
@@MADpack Neither do I. My plan is to wait for A95L and then buy the A95K. The electronics stores, where I live, usually don't discount flagship TVs until the new flagship arrives. Patience is a virtue. Great video by the way.👍
A 95 L is a Mini LED so far.
You're wrong. A95K/L is QD-OLED. X95L is Mini LED.
A95l is way brighter
Also the s95b was way brighter but not for the good reasons unfortunately I can’t compare
@@MADpack yah bro the s95c was way brighter than the a95k and the s90c and s95c and lg g3 and lg c3 are kings of 2023 but a95l will be 1st then 2nd s95c and 3rd lg g3.
no real representation of the two tv being compared,
not so nice
The tv is still not out my friend
@@MADpack then he should not compare by just telling lies, that is a
misleading post
Lies of what man? Please elaborate your conception of lies… :)
@@MADpack ok i will replace the lies with assumptions,
this is a cheap comparison of non-existent subjects
You can think what you want to think feel free the views say the opposite :) have a great day
You can’t review a Tv you haven’t seen
So I’m not allowed to give my thoughts about the new generation of TVs from Sony based on my experience with my Sony A95k? lol
