Sir how many IAS and IPS of current generation are really good to the nation and what is their contrition the nation. My observation is most of them are loyal to the chair rather to the society or nation.
1. 10% నుండి 30% కు కృషి చేస్తే సమాజంలో పరస్పర నమ్మకం ఏర్పడి 60% ఆటోమేటిక్ గా మెరుగుదల కలుగుతుంది. 2. 35 yr వయస్సు గల IAS 55 yr వయస్సు గల DMHO పై లేదా చీఫ్ ఇంజనీర్ పైనో లేదా హైస్కూల్ HM పైనో అకారణంగా హూంకరించడం మన దేశంలో పరిపాటి ఐపోయింది. IAS అంటే సర్వజ్ఞుడు, కిరీటం లేని చక్రవర్తికి పర్యాయపదంగా క్రేజీ అయ్యింది. 3. బ్యూరోక్రసి లో రాజకీయ ఒత్తిడులు కేవలం ఒక కుంటిసాకు. ప్రభుత్వాఫీసుల ముందర మాజీ ప్రజాప్రతినిధుల దురావస్థలు వర్ణనాతీతం. IAS సర్వీసు 35 yr ఐతే మంత్రి పదవి అదృష్టం & గాలిలో దీపం.

Dear JP garu, why can't have an act stating that, Government teachers shouldn't run/present in private teaching/coaching centers ? Why can't we make Government teachers to stop sending their kids to private schools ? Why can't we stop Government doctors in working in private hospitals ? As long as we are allowing these people like this, we can't expect miracles happening in the system. If we are spending 90k per student per year, then why can't we expect same result from Government schools ? Why are we not making them accountable for their results ? How can we expect honesty from future generation coming from such schools/institutions?
