Haddin seen to forget how venues used to be pre-decided for Aus and Eng to cater to they audience in 90s 😅
He has a coaching role in IPL
They’re not scared of India anymore, bcci can’t silence them, Haddin has ipl coaching role and Vaughan has media role
@@jiteshkumar3774 so what
@@nbansal so BCCI should notice this
Forget the 90s. They were predecided in 2015 as well. And so was Pak's semi final venue in 2023.
The best podcast. The Aussies taking the high ground and talking about ‘Spirit of Cricket’
Haddin and Australia speaking about spirit of cricket😂😂😅😅😅
Haddin played in an era where Aussies routinely and deliberately defined their own “line” regarding spirit of cricket. The “line” was set by them and arbitrarily changed when it suited them. Him talking about spirit or cricket is like Warner, Smith talking about the ball tampering.
A podcast trying to discuss what went wrong with Aussies in World cup ends up talking about Gulbadin’ hamstring for 90% of the podcast. Australia and Spirit of cricket has always been a match made in heaven as entire planet knows.
alyssa is such a treat to listen to, plus the balance and insight she brings on this is pretty real. they're talking about Aus missing out on planning and leaving out Starc and making it seem like that's the sole reason they lost but she brought up the fact that in today's time, you can't take any team lightly... which is the correct take for that game. they were so unserious in that game
In 90s, 1996, 2011, 2015, there were pre-seeding
2023 also for pak, their SF was in Kolkata instead of Mumbai if they qualified
@@PirateHell77I wonder if 26/11 was the reason why there’s no pak game in Mumbai
@@danielm173 yes because they have MBBS degree, bachelor in maqsad, bachelor of surrender
I didn't mind the Gulbadin bit. I don't think AFG might have ever thought they might ever be in a situation where they might have to use delay tactics. I mean its hard to imagine that they might have ever had a coaching session on delay tactics. So when the situation arrived, I thought Gulbadin did what came to his mind, which is just funny to me and just shows their passion and desperation to play the semi-final.
The BCCI has not forced anyone to schedule India games in the morning or make sure India played at the same venue whether they topped or qualified second. The ICC did it to make sure their biggest media market got enough value for their money, and I can promise you all the other boards went along.
The BCCI gets around 39% of the revenue distributed by the ICC and would comfortably generate much much more than that of ICC's income.
someone rightly pointed out that yes, the Gulbadin hamstring stuff was peak theatrics but probably the only thing that came to his mind. like Haddin was saying there are other ways teams stall or bide for time but emotions were high, they were frantic and this is probably what he knew best lol. trust they'll reach your or understand your levels of 'spirit of cricket' soon
how do you prove he did not actually have a muscle cramp.....was Maxwell also just buying himself time in the ODI WC against Afg ...... basically rules for thee but not for me
Fixed venues for qualifying teams regardless of position has been around since 1987 and 1992 when Aus and NZ were assured of playing at home wherever they ended in the round robin stage.
Spirit of the cricket and Australians. The irony 😂😂😂
First time ive noticed those scars or stretch marks at the base of hadds neck, where are they from, they look pretty ruthless.
Agar was the right selection. He was so economical. All those dot balls put the squeeze on. I'd have kept Starc in. rested Hazlewood .. But then, all those dropped catches and bad fielding didnt help either.
It's unfortunate that Warner had to cope with the punishment when the entire Australian team and staff knew about. Entire Cricket Australia should have been punished but ICC don't have the balls to do it.
People talking about "spirit of cricket" and David Warner in the same podcast. 🤔
It was the other way round, Agar should have played India game and Starc against AFG.
Australians should be the last one taking about spirit of cricket 😂😂
Taking Bumrah on - that's Ausie mentality right there
Pat Cummins silenced 😂
Wow Sandpaper gate - Aussies and imagine them talking about spirit of cricket 😂
If Afghanistan is such a strong team and had come so far in the world of cricket in such a short time, then we should support and help them. they deserve to remain in cricket world. without Afghanistan cricket has no taste. I wish Australia will start thinking and change its strategy towards Afghanistan not for Afghanistan but for the fans of Afghanistan cricket.
Brother, first win a series against India, you guys have lost four bgts in a row home and away that's embarrassing
And India is losing ICC knockout for 11 yrs, they have won 2 odi wc, 1 T20 wc, wtc in that interval wen India has won 0 , have some shame man
@@Riuytfhjklf4634still salty about series loss huh😂
@@Hungry883 I m Indian but I have shame to not celebrate 1 win over 11 yrs of shame
Aussies are the one who don’t grow up with the spirit of cricket, your captains were known to pick the bowl from the ground and appeal for a catch
If india didnt qualify, richest board unable to win trophies and if india qualifies/wins, the entire tournament is made for india😅😂 enough of these jokers, when they ran the world cricket they looted money meant for cricket developement in many african and asians countries and now speak as if true cricket lover😅😂
why tf do u watch them??

Not correct wat is said? Go n read n listenn to wat the English ex players, journalists n YT channels are saying about India n throwing all kinds of accusations towards the Indian team.
If you don’t know anything wats happening in real world, doesn’t mean it’s not happening.
Haddin talking about spirit of cricket. Ask him for his opinion on Johnny Bairstow stumping. Aussies like it when things go their way!!!
Johnny Bairstow stumping is legit though 😂
This australian team didn't play there best game but these people crying over gulbadin incident 😂😂😂
Haddin is wrong. Even the Scotland game was bad from Australia
They don’t care about T20s
@@pm110978 then they shouldn’t talk of it.
@@pm110978why they r talking?? Just announce we don't care about T20

When goras hold on anything start diminishing,he start talking about spirit of cricket, democracy and what not. But when it comes to them, then it's okay to even cheat.
See you bro after bgt 2024-25
