32+ Hour Road Trip to Camp and Climb | SUV Camping and Mountain Summit

- Certainly a long way from home in this episode. We drove our SUV from our home in Ontario all the way to Gross Morne National Park in Newfoundland, roughly 2500km away (1553mi). Our travels included an 8 hour ferry ride that took us from Nova Scotia to the West Coast of Newfoundland where we continued our drive. Although we only had 2 days in the province, we made the most of it, hiking, swimming and of course summiting our first mountain ever!

Done the ferry trip numerous times. Should have booked a room. Sleep like a baby. Also.. there are showers on the ferry you could have used.
Never knew New Foundland had such amazing scenery. The valleys almost look like Hawaii at times.
North Sydney is where the ferry is ! lol ! too bad you didn t get a room on the ferry ! I m a trucker been all over Canada and on the ferry a trucker needs to sleep his 8 hours in the log-book so when you get going you re fresh and legal to drive another 13 hours ! Most of the truckers like me, go all the way to St-John s ! I watched your long version of that trip ! awesome vid ! 🤠
