Great tor own your own house, instead of renting is an amazing achievement. We love camping but I hate packing up with a wet tent. Then having to go back home and trying to find places to dry it out.

you don't need to be handy to renovate, just determined and willing, 4 years ago i didn't know a thing, now i can wire up a house, do flooring , painting, drywall, tiles, some plumbing , framing, and a few other things. good luck
