Its a rev chassis - it has to have a bend - check them all out. The angle of the tunnel makes it so it cant go straight back - doo design.

yes - the cooler inlet would interfere with the fuel tank/.
It can't be straight - the upward angle of the tunnel won't allow it - has to be angled.
I'm surprised that bend doesn't create a big time restriction.

wondering about engine swapping my 550 for rev 700. where you get the cooler that fits inside tunnel?
would you be able to do a video of engine swapping Polaris 550 to any 700

I have a 2003 rev with a 136 extension and over heating issues can I use a 136 heat exchanger off a renegade or do I need a bigger reservoir?
Id use some scratchers, you can use a bigger cooler for sure - you wont need a bigger reservoir.

Is there a reason why the cooler is not in the center of the tunnel?
Yes it in other videos why it not center I think something do with gas tank and it don't matter if not center it still cool down motor . And this isn't his first sled build I'm sure he knows what he doing
