Got 13 inches of water in the house in Houston from the hurricane. Been tearing out drywall and lost both cars. Internet just came back a day or so, and it's nice to check back with you Wayne. Small things like checking out your vids help keep spirits high.

We had a cyclone in this area last year and it was truly heart breaking to see people lose so much. Keep your chin up and let me know if there is anything you would like my to upload for you mate.
      Take care

My dad was the navigator/bombardier in an A3-D from the late 50's to early 60's and made over 200 carrier landings. He is noted for taking 8mm video from the cockpit when his aircraft crash landed into the barricades on the USS Constellation (of which he is a plank holder). At the time it was the largest aircraft to land into the barricades. He now is 82 and is dying of ALS/Lou Gehrig's. He is at the stage where he can not stand and is breathing through an apparatus 24/7. I don't know if you can find an A3-D kit, I know they aren't easy to find, but I know we would be both very moved to see you build one.
I have a copy of the ship's newspaper with an article in regards to the crash/landing, the tail hook from his 100th carrier landing as well as the restraining bolts from the launch. If you are interested, I can e-mail you pictures of all.
We are Texans and are rebuilding with our head held high. I started hanging drywall yesterday. Saturday, we rented a truck and purchased 36 sheets of drywall. My sturdy, wonderful wife helped me unload all the sheets as well as 14 doors even after bashing her shin on the trailer hitch.
Thank you for all your kind thoughts. No ill feelings if the build can't happen. Just thought I'd put it out there.
Love your channel and all that you do.

i will absolutely look into it for you mate. I would love to see some pics when you get time. I remember you telling the crash landing story some time ago and its one of those stories i have passed around with my mates in the club.
Sad about your dad mate. Its hard watching those you love getting sick and slipping away. I lost my mum to cancer some years ago and it certainly tore my up nursing her through it till the end. Still think of her each and every day.
I heard you Texans are a tough bunch but no matter how tough it still hurts when you walk into a tow ball.....lol
Always good to hear from you mate.

I do that for a lot of customers at my shop so i would love to do that for you but sending these models through the mail can end in breaking them.

Nice in box look Wayne, overhead view is great, better than the angled look, (imho). See you over the weekend.
