He forgot to mention why playing Life boost a is good with this deck: you can play card of the soul to search Desperado because his atk and def adds up to 5k

Even if its not meta, Dark Machines will always be a favorite of mine.

@@zerogear6049 Yes, I played this deck and know Desperado decks can still be good, I think the Orcust variant is still the best however.

The only time I ever did even slightly well with gimmick puppets was just using it to double summon zombiestein turn 1

Since the skill is not restricting your extra deck, you can use any synchro you want. I tried Black Rose Dragon (because is level 7, perfect) but even with it Gimmick Puppets weren't as good nor consistent by themselves. Did not occur to me to use Desperado because I don't have it but I don't think is worth the investment either..
Great now desperado found a new engine.
I have the full gimmick puppet deck and I got 10 - 0. Gimmick puppet can also beat blue eyes

I’m using a gimmick puppet deck too and I’m at 5 in a row now. This deck is a lot of fun, I feel like a savage.

it's funny because when they special summon 2 blue eyes you just have to use grinder and pop them both

Already gave up on pulseines? Thought gimmick puppets needed them? Also would work against Gaia, and Triamid cause of locking down the battle phase

a deck I use that does well for turn one consist of
relinquish puppet skill
3x dreary doll
2-3x bisque doll
3x magnet doll
2x baby
2-3x humpty dumpy
2x junk puppet or condolence
3x ultimate providence or divine wrath
2x karma cut (to get rid of any dreary dolls you draw)
it's great turn one when you start with a providence to negate a monster or a karma cut that will banish
3x number 40
2x number 15
1x number 70
1x gigantic doll
(you can use number 22 if you want just replace a gimmick puppet)
something that would make this deck better is changing the the relinquish puppet skill to like having 8 gimmick puppets in the main deck and able to use any extra deck monster

Squiresaga is trash in this deck btw because you have to banish synchros from the GY to pop Monsters but you will never have a synchro in the GY, he didnt summon it once i think
You can banish squiresaga and pop one monster and one backrow without targeting

If i'm rigth, you haven't 87,5% chance to at least destroy 1 card, because if we call the probability of destroying 0 card p0 : p0 = 0.666*0.666*0.666 = 0.295 = 29.5%
We call the inverse probability (destroying at least 1 card) !p0
So !p0 = 1 - p0 = 1 - 29.5% = 0.705 = 70.5%
the probability of destroying 0 cards (3 tails) is 0.5*0.5*0.5 = 0.125 = 12.5%. so 87.5% chance to destroy at least 1. idk where you are getting the probability of a coin flip being 0.666 but a coin flip is 50/50.

2 neos fusion
3 red eyes insight
1 karma cut
2 brave neos
2 red eyes slash dragon
1 dracossack
1 red eyes flare metal dragon
1 gaia dragon the thunder charger
book of moon is optional and can be replaced with more karma cut or a card like power of the guardians. Dracossack and flare metal are also optional
This deck is carrying me in auto duels

For me gimmick puppets was a pay to win deck I won and won with it in pvp and I have only one baby
Gotta wait for someone else to make the deck first.
I called this I knew Desperado will work in Gimmick puppets but nobody believed me
