The Carbs in grams that you’ve posted on your video don’t match what’s on the label of my Quaker Grits (Quick 5 minute) that I just bought from the store, the protein is slightly different as well. I know your video is from a few years ago, not sure if the company’s changed their label since then or if I am doing something wrong in my simple math or if I’m interpreting the label wrong (for example pre and post cooked volumes or something). My label shows for 1/4cup which is “One Serving” it’s 3G Protein, 0.5G Fats and 29g Carbs. When I do the simple math it seems like the label is showing different for both your breakfast and lunch macros. This has me a big confused, could you help clarify for me please? I know this videos from years ago! Thank you if you have the time and are able!

It’s not bland nor boring it’s how you cook your food, all the meals I have in my diet are super delicious and if I get bored I change up the toppings, as long as they don’t contain sugar or extra fats then you’re good! 🥰
