    Love the content , I feel like the most important thing to remember as well with choosing what foods, is listen to your body if it make you FEEL good eat it, if it give you gas or indigestion or you feel bloated ,, stay away from those things! And most importantly get used to eating the same thing everyday if you wanna have that body!! I love your channel, keep up the great work miss Valentina!

    Hi Valentina! I loved the video, and I was wondering if you could make a video describing how to determine the right macronutrient breakdown. I see so many different macro calculators online and you have my dream physique so I’d prefer to use the calculations you use to find those perfect macro ratios. Also, what do you use to figure out your body fat, muscle mass, TDEE, or BMR? Thank you so much! :)

    Hi! Incredible video, thank you!
    I am curious about the macro breakdown of the Quaker Grits (Quick 5 - Minutes). The Carbs in grams that you’ve posted on your video don’t match what’s on the label of my Quaker Grits (Quick 5 minute) that I just bought from the store, the protein is slightly different as well. I know your video is from a few years ago, not sure if the company’s changed their label since then or if I am doing something wrong in my simple math or if I’m interpreting the label wrong (for example pre and post cooked volumes or something).
    My label shows for 1/4cup which is “One Serving” it’s 3G Protein, 0.5G Fats and 29g Carbs. When I do the simple math it seems like the label is showing different for both your breakfast and lunch macros. This has me a big confused, could you help clarify for me please? I know this videos from years ago! Thank you if you have the time and are able!

    Valentina, Do you manage your Day to Day caloric intake In a deficit ?? My workouts are spot on I but need to do a better job with my diet and calories. My goal is low body fat. 10% or less. Thanks

    I’ve always felt like my body type may be similar to yours so it was cool to see your most recent diet for more ideas on what I can incorporate into my diet. I’d love to see a video on some of your hygiene or beauty routines! I know you recently talked about going to a dermatologist or skin specialist and also have posted about your hair routine (which is gorgeous, btw!) but I’m curious, do you wash your hair and shower after every workout or just body and then hair only when absolutely necessary? Any tips on this topic are helpful!

      I usually tend to go for chocolate, brownies and now that I live in Miami flan! But I don’t cheat often about 2-3 times a week and just one meal, usually in leg day the days I burn more calories!

    Hi Valentina! In a previous video I remember you mentioned cycling carb and fat macros (lowering carbohydrates for five days and then going high carb for the sixth day). Do you do this yourself, and would this have been a high carb day for you? Also what is the benefit of grits over other carbs? Thanks!

      I clearly explained at the end that I wasn’t showing my greens in my video but I do have a giant salad with lots of veggies, usually 2 cups of spinach, asparagus and the 8 Oz of avocado so I do get plenty of greens

      Anonymous User what is lame is your attitude the only thing I skipped was my big salad at the end of the day and I CLEARLY have it outlined in the text of his video. Such a hater for such a minimal thing that if you would have watched the video in its entirety or bothered to read then you would have seen the answer. What exactly are you trying to achieve here with your lame attitude especially when I take the entire full day to film this and then 5 hours to edit this to be helpful and cater to you. Smh 🤦🏼‍♀️

      I have been eating oats in my diet for a while, and I also have a love for grits. So I’ll switch them up every so often. Enriched grits match oatmeal and in some ways exceed. Both are good breakfast options, with numerous and well-defined health benefits. It can be argued that grits could be more beneficial than oatmeal to athletes because a cup of grits contains a bit more grams of carbs than oats, and this helps to keep you energized throughout strenuous activities. Also grits are a richer source of leusine, an amino acid that may enhance muscle endurance and help your body store glycogen, a polysaccharide that gives your muscles energy.

      redsprite81 absolutely not, if you cared to read you would see that I eat plenty of salads and veggies I didn’t show them in this video but I clearly explained. And if you also cared to read my text in my Instagram you would have seen that I will be speaking in a SEPARATE video what supplements I take, of course that includes vitamins, probiotics etc. So the only crappy thing here is your attitude 🤦🏼‍♀️

      It’s not bland nor boring it’s how you cook your food, all the meals I have in my diet are super delicious and if I get bored I change up the toppings, as long as they don’t contain sugar or extra fats then you’re good! 🥰
