I'm visiting Monaco just 1 week after the boat show, to see how it looks and what boats are in. I bump into a Nico Rosberg event and some great supercars and priceless classics - and some great superyachts.
NOTE: The price of the Porsche designed SuperYacht in this video is actually €8.5 million euros not €14 million as I said. I think that is an absolute bargain for a yacht of this size and looks.

A few drawbacks. It's a bachelors boat with just 3 cabins. The interior styling is a bit specific. And Dynamiq is a new name...

The turquoise on MY GO is stunning. I don't know if I could ever decide on that if I had a yacht though. Love the mix of cars and yachts. Your story telling and information is perfect!
Favorite boat : None really stood out, but I like the color of Quite Essential.
Favorite fun fact : Generator exhaust right at the water line to reduce the fumes that anyone might breath on deck... would have thought a higher stack would work better, so very interesting.
Favorite fun fact #2 : the yacht transport vessel.

My favorite yacht is the Porsche. I love Aluminium and the sporty design. More Yacht is not needed if you like it sporty and cool instead of massive and lame. Thanks for sharing the footage ⚓️

Hey! When the the smaller yachts are on the transport ship, is the crew still aboard each smaller yacht? If so, does the transport ship have to provide power and water to each yacht? Or do the yachts go dark and the crew fly to meet their respective yacht?

Some serious super yaghts and cars in this video. Go was a beauty. Loved the silver GT40. Although they called it a GT 40. The measurement was 39. Always good to watch your videos sir. My flat is falling to bits as disabled. However if you ever doing a video in Southampton e.g Boat show or local marinas in Hamble etc. Always welcome for a cuppa. Even though you an ex RAF crabfat lol Appreciate you busy, so no worries if you cant. Seen Aquaholic do a Porsche 10 million yaght, whether its same.

I'm just curious as to why all these high-end 'Super Yachts' are all motor boats and not sailing yachts? I would have thought the glamour and 'adventure' of sailing while also saving some fuel sometimes might appeal to the uber wealthy who buy these things. Anyway, great videos and intersting to hear about this other world. Thanks.

How much would it cost for you to put your yacht on a transporter and does the transporter have a size limit on what size it can carry ?
Is there a minimum distance that boats can sail close to each other? Could they make a convoy/parade from Gibraltar to Caribbean? ;-)

The Dynamic GT115 called "1 of 7" listed for €13.5m when launched, but has since dropped to €8.5m.....€5m (37%!!) discount and still no buyers - not a good start for this otherwise very, very interesting builder. I personally LOVE this yacht and at €8.5m it seems great value, but somehow nobody is biting. I wonder why????
Its the name. Porsche might be exclusive for some, but in this company its just ordinary, it's not aspirational for a buyer at this level. Not even Bugatti would do.

Apparently, Peter Lurssen owns Coral Ocean, and the in-build wrecked in the Lurssen facility fire earlier this year, was its replacement.
How is it to go onboard of these yachts and actually video them for sale? Or do they only use yacht realtors for this? I'm a total ignorant on this matter but since many are for sale and no one is using them, a good 2-minute video of the inside might help the sale....????? What is your thought on this?

Great video, as always. Happen to be in Monaco for a stretch and have walked the harbor a few times but your commentary is very helpful.
Another great video, my avourite out of the ones there has to be Flying Fox, would love to have a look around that one. My current favourite is the Nordhavn 120 and 86. Just love the old fashioned finish, don`t like the modern day colours, prefer it more homely.

In one of your Monaco videos, you touched on the age of yachts and what is considered "old". You said one launched in 1994 was old. My question is: What happens to old yachts? If no one buys it for refurbishing and relaunch, what happens to it???? Can they be refitted for research, cargo hauling, medical /rescue...?

Hi, is there a way to know which company built a mega yacht by just looking at it? For example, brands like isa yachts and heesen have their own style, but feadship, lurssen, benetti... always come out with different looking vessels.
They usually have their name in the boat somewhere. Usually aft quarter.

Wasn't 1 of 7 the female borg hive character on a Star Trek series? The yacht is all silver and I think she wore a skintight silver jumpsuit. Anyway, all the yachts are fab. I'd love to be on any of them. I enjoyed the cars in this vid so much as well. Great job.

What do you Esysman think of the amount yachts that ar for sale? I think there are way to much yachts that are not gonna be sold, the design isn’t just that modern. Are these yachts (1995-2008) gonna be sold?
Great video as always, thanks. I've got a question: You describe a 1999 yacht as being old, and the design does give that away when surrounded by newer yachts. My question is, why do most well known marinas usually have mostly newer yachts around them? Do Superyachts ever get scrapped when they get to a point where a refit doesn't make sense? Or if one was to go around less popular marinas would there be a higher percentage of older yachts there? Thanks.
You probably forgot to mention that a good portion of yachts will have their refit work done in the winter.

I am curious how much time the owners actually spend on their ships. It seems they must be busy people making money so it can be spent on all the salaries of the staff and crew. Do they spend a month or two months, or only a few weeks per year on the ships?
The cost of the yacht per year is a tiny fraction of their wealth. Just like the mountain bike you bought which never comes out of the garage, these yachts sometimes sit there not being used because they can.
Its a shame that some yachts never go to the Caribbean. I would love to see a Madame Gu in the turquoise waters of the Bahamas for example.
Question 2: As the owner or a paying guest... can you skinny dip or walk around naked on board. Do the crew just roll with it or is there etiquette involved? 💖💖💖
You can do, the crew are skilled enough to give maximum privacy to guests/owner and only generally are seen when the owner wants something.

@ 4:45 there's lines that run down into the water at an angle from the boat, how are these lines cast or set? does somebody have to get a wet suit on and dive under or do they use another method?
