This is the best arrangement of this great anthem on the internet./ it has such gusto and distinct, harmonious moving parts especially the brass. It truly is magnificent. The cymbal player nails it at the end..

Best version. Grand without gimmicks. This should be the official version.

Hearing this anthem always makes me proud to live within an hour of the Great White North. I can't imagine what it instills in a true Canadian. Beautiful.

It is a terrific anthem. I attended a concert recently by the VSO, and we sang the anthem, and the entire audience was excited! For a people generally slow and embarrassed to publicly display patriotism, I was impressed!

True but at least we show patriotism in every lyric of the anthem.

Darn you Canadians and your national anthem that isn't based on a drinking song...

@bballhank Or, in french: Car ton bras sait porter l'épée, il sait porter la croix. Ton histoire est une épopée des plus brilliants exploits!

I love our anthem and I'm a proud Canadian but I can't agree with the praise for this rendition.O Canada deserves a far better interpretation than this: This is all balls-to-the wall and brash without any elegance and sophistication. O Canada requires not just a energy and pride but also sophistication and grandeur. When the French and Russian anthems are played with depth of feeling they evoke the very soul of their country. Yes, our anthem should be rousing but this is far too one dimensional.
