Oh, use the quail eggs too, they were so eager to participate and were looking forward to spatula ;-)
I recommend using tempura flour mix instead if you can help it. It's less labor intensive and easier to clean up afterwards.
However, breadcrumbs would provide a different texture than tempura if that's what you're going for.
With buldak sauce so good 😇😇

It probably is delicious; but not "more than meat" delicious. I have yet to encounter a single nonmeat product that actually passes as meat let alone tastes better than meat. Because nonmeat products will never taste like/have the true texture of/taste better than meat. It will only taste good.
