Dave, how is the property crime is living in Las Vegas? It is definitely becoming one of Bodybuildings biggest meccas. I'm interested in living there one day but i'm concerned about the safety in average neigborhoods. Thanks!
Everywhere in the country there are shady neighborhoods. So far I lived in Vegas for 1.5 years and have had zero issues myself. The people here are generally very cool.
For a grand opening, it's hyper important to load the guests up with lots of tastey snacks and drinks. All the goodies you can think of. Personally, I like Tastey Kakes, Ice Cream, and Krispy Kreme. The machines will always be there to burn it all off. That's why you can have Tastey Grand Openings all day long here. Thanks

Gym looks great! if i was a billionaire - i would also have a large space for free weights, squat racks, deadlift plattforms, incline and bench presses.. and allowed to use chalk...
@@thomaswang225 i know what you mean..but also alot of bodybuilders like to do more free weight, and use chalk - and train some Power lifting movements.. and the bodybuilders podcast i listen to - they always promote - the basic movements with free weights.

99 out of 100 people in the gym are training without purpose. You need to get your gym members involved with Natural Bodybuilding NGA national gym association. I am classic pro natty 56 years old still competing. Do a natural bodybuilding competition have a purpose to train . Remember stay natty
