I was totally surprised that Rachel B. isn’t a comedian by background, because her comedic delivery is PERFECT.
If I recall correctly, I think it was on Colbert, he asked her if she's ever consider doing standup comedy now that she plays a comedian and she gave an answer along the lines of "No way! I could never!". Which I think if she really tried she'd be pretty good!
@@danadomino There's a difference between acting like a comic and being a comic. She has all of her jokes written for her and she has to act like she's a comic. Which she's fantastic at but that doesn't necessarily mean she would be good on a real stage.
Joe McKim and the audience almost always laughs. Which from experience, doesn’t always happen.
@@joemckim1183 Well, her character initially had jokes written for her before she wrote them herself. What's to say she can't have jokes written for her in a real stand up routine?
I remember in a podcast Rachel B. saying that the laughs were added in during post production, which she thought was totally normal, until Alex Borstein told her that a real comic could never play Midge because she’d never be able to get over the fact that no one was laughing!
if they hadn't cancelled Agent Carter they could have easily done a crossover episode with The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel

@@karlapadilla306 She was I believe only 20 or 21 when First Avenger came out so she probably would've been too young for the role in 2011. But for arguments sake if they just made the movie this year she would've great in the role. With that said Hayley Atwell was already great in the role herself.

Glad Corden can laugh at himself for Cats. The man barely ever does films because of his TV schedule, does a big budget Christmas musical spectacular with a giant talented cast and a great director......And it bombs horribly. That's gotta hurt.

Man the James Corden parts really ruined the parody for me. He always has to have a big part in these, but it slows it down. The scenes with Rachel in the MCU were very funny though.
