PRO++ Tegel Levelling Systeem, ook wel tegel nivelleersysteem genoemd, voorkomt bij gebruik hoogte verschillen tussen de tegels. Het is de oplossing voor zakkende en niet gelijk liggende vloer- en wandtegels. Gebruik het PRO++ Levelling Systeem voor een perfect vlakke tegelvloer of tegel wand met overal even brede voeg.
PRO++ Tegel levelling systeem is
- Geschikt voor tegeldikte, 4mm tot 14mm
- Leverbaar clips voor voegbreedtes 1,0mm, 1,5mm, 2,0mm en 2,5mm
PRO++ Tegel Levelling Systeem
onderscheid zich van andere;
- Met de langere en degelijke keggen
- Met de clips die 5x meer verticale trek krachten
weerstaan en niet snel afbreken (heel belangrijk bij
groot formaat tegels).
- Vorstbestendig
- Met de clips die wel makkelijk en strak afbreken bij
geringe zijwaartse krachten.
- Door zijn brede toepasbaarheid bij tegels van
dikte 4mm tot 16mm.
- Met zijn kwaliteit prijs verhouding.

Onze levelling clips zijn verwaardigd met kwalitatief hoog kunststof materiaal zodat dezen, de hoge verticale trek krachten weerstaan en bij zijwaartse krachten makkelijk en strak afbreken vanaf zijn breekpunt aan onderzijde. Bij afbreken van de PRO++ Tegel Levelling systeem clips blijven geen resten achter die later probleem kunnen veroorzaken bij voegen van geplaatste vloer.

The mortar needs to be perpendicular to the long edge of the tiles to avoid air pockets that eventually could create air bubbles resulting in instability and cracking of the tile. Also it is recommended to back butter the tile as well.

1. Every other video said the mortar troweling should be perpendicular to the long edge of the tiles. Not random radius swirles.
2. Back butter the large format tiles. (LFT anything exceeding 16" in any direction)
3. When setting a tile, move it length wise against the trowel lines to collapse the mortar and not trap air.
On another note, why is the base already installed?
Yes, they may add quarter round or shoe molding but the base should not even be in yet.

No se mucho sobre instalar losas de suelo pero si tengo buenos amigos que instalan o han instalado en Barcelona y siempre van con su nivel. No digo que esto no sea ideal pero el suelo debe de estar más que nivelado sino es lo que me pasa cada vez que instalo gabinetes de cocina o baños tengo que usar un paquete con suerte de cuñas para nivelar los muebles. Gracias.
Una duda que tengo, a ver si alguien me puede aclarar. Una vez dado el adhesivo, colocamos la placa cerámica, colocamos los niveladores, ponemos las cuñas, y los ajustamos con la mano. Hasta ahí bien, pero, ¿cuando le damos presión, o golpes con la masa, antes o después de apretar las cuñas con el alicate?.

Ojo el mortero tiene que ir en forma perpendicular al ceramico, sino pueden quedar burbujas de aire que lo dejan más débil, es un error común y grave

I bet on $1000 this is not correct way of tiling as no 95% of adhesive on the contact surface- according to NorthAmerica standards
if you don't use back battering, you have to use
1) ribbon hammer
2) slide tile
3) press on tile slightly (gently)
usually in this country they don't work like this either (the tilingpaste) but it won't matter too much in this case as the tiles are quite slim, they won't break or anything

Those things aren't cheap. It would be nice if you do a demonstration with clear glass tile to see how bad the voids/hollow spots are under the tile after you pull it up with the leveling spacers, just to see if it's worth the time it takes to use them and the money they cost compared to a more traditional method.

So you guys laid your first course up against the baseboard? How did you know the wall was straight???? I did not see any chalk lines??? The first course is most important to keep a straight layout. The jobs does look good but you didn't show any views of the finish longitudinal layout??? if the job isn't straight it's a fail regardless how "level" it is. Just sayin......

you must first make sure the surface is 0 slop or sloped accordingly.
Kein gutes System mit keilen beim festziehen verschiebt sich die fugenbreite wie man auch ganz klar sieht im Video...es gibt bessere...dazu kommt noch das die feinsteinzeugfliesen nicht im butterie floating verfahren verlegt wurden und sich eventuell in ein paar Jahren lösen... da hilft auch nicht diese übertriebene Zahnung an der Kelle
