My feedback is that when you pour the shake thing in the cup i see that its not smooth and its watery and i rhink that the ice is melted and it will taste bad if it will melt so its more likely a smoothie not a shake. also you can add a milk and ice and coffee, sugar , chocolate syrup blend it up and you van have " Instant Coffe Milkshake"

Maybe I'm trying to promote myself but boil some milk , cocoa powder , coffee powder and sugar and once it's boiling add some corn flour slurry let it cool down and then in a mixy jar add some ice and the milk thing u boiled after that if u want add some nutella and blend to get a really smooth and thick coffee chocolate milkshake

Yes, its ok not to use chocolate syrup (and you can use any syrup you want!). If you have milk just use it, no need to boil or anything.
You don't need evaporated milk. You can just use normal milk and you escalated milk only comes in a can........ I think
