I need to divide one number and disperse the answer into several cells. ie: I have an electric bill that I need to divide into the number of household residents so each resident that is responsible has that in the cell. Other residents are not responsible, and cell needs to be vacant.

I worked around this by multiplying the summed number by the decimal equivalent. Such as 3000*0.07 would find what 7% of 3000 is. If you are trying to calculate what 100 of 3000 is, I'm not sure.
