Also, this video proved my point which was eating at a caloric surplus, especially in conjunction with strength training, is expensive compared to eating at a caloric deficit. So, one may have the workout down and they may know what to eat to gain weight, but sometimes the funds is not always there.
You definitely have to get away from the traditional chicken, broccoli, and rice diet mindset if you're eating at a healthy surplus of calories. If I was eating the way these guys eat and eating my 3,300 calories I need to grow I would spending a lot of money at the grocery store. Best to expand and research higher calorie, lower volume, higher protein foods to keep from breaking the back.

In my opinion, I think they were missing one of the biggest factors about their meals. Yes the athletes get paid millions but, something they also do is have multiple workouts throughout the day. They don't just eat and stay idle waiting for their next meal. They have workouts where they burn off their food and is probably what allows them to be able to consume large amounts.

Daniella Elm I know two diabetics who both with diet and exercise took that factor out of there lives. Your correct in that they still must be careful but you wrong that it can’t be fixed. Diet and exercise are big keys to getting your pancreas to act normally. Correct medication dose while this is happening is also another key. So yes if you know what your doing you can get a type 2 diabetic in the correct circumstances to be “cured”. Once your insulin resistant your kinda up a creek. But if your not and you just don’t produce enough you can coax the body to bring that back. Basically the diabetic diet eat often eat small eat clean. Add a hard workout in 4-5 days a week and you can change the course of diabetes in certain cases.
