The psychology behind really loving the food they get from their partner is interesting. When you make something yourself, you have gone trough a process. When you get a ready-to-eat meal from your significant other, which is also a surprise, it can taste so much better than the meal you would've cooked for yourself.

I made my husband lunches for 20 years. Each lunch with a note. One day while I was visiting him at work I noticed he still had every note I ever made. I was in awe. When I told my son about it and how happy it made me he opened a drawer in his room and he had all the notes I wrote him too. I never felt so loved 💖

I work in aged/long term care catering.... this could not be more true. Serving sizes are usually a lot smaller than we think. I eat maybe half of what I used to, just by comparing it to what we have to serve as directed by the dietitian...

Not only do I love how much love radiates for the other, how much they care for each other even after over a decade of being together. But the fact they took the time to make lunch around what their days would be like, and even picked out personal favorites for little treats/surprises for them. That’s just makes your soul believe in true love.
So, Swasti knows how to incorporate veg but Tenn's got some room to grow in the kitchen. The notes were cute!
