Wallabies on the Isle of Man

Mike Dilger of the BBC's "One Show" goes to the Isle of Man to get a glimpse of one of the most unlikely wildlife communities in the world - the only non-captive colony of wallabies in the northern hemisphere. In between sightings with local guide Steve Wright, Mike explains with the help of the Manx Wildlife Trust's Duncan Bridges how these antipodean animals came to be living wild on the island and the conditions which have allowed them to thrive there.

If theres no evidence of them breeding, how does a colony keep going? Why would they not be breeding?

Australia & Tasmania? That's like saying the UK & Northern Ireland.
Tasmania is the name of the state and as much a part of Australia as NSW or Victoria.

@@ericp3645 New Zealand consists of two separate islands too. They just happen to be of similar size. The two islands are New Zealand just as the two islands are Australia. Just one is larger than the other.

Australia and Tasmania ??????... Tasmania is one of the States of Australia ..makes it sound like it isn't..really annoying . Get your facts right . No , Tasmania is heaps warmer year round too . Get that right .,
